I cloned @leoz94‘s swimmable float and replaced mesh with @crispsandkerosene‘s TS3 lounger. Sims can climb on the lounger and jump into the water. You have to place it in the ocean.

Update 17 th of July 2020: added sunbathing option to the lounger. However, Sims cannot sunbathe at night, when it’s cold outside or when the weather is not so good. I used some code from Inge Jones’ sunbathing towel.
Update 27th of April 2024: now lounger is animated and gently rocks while floating on the waves :) Unfortunately, the loungers have to be re-bought on lots.
Update 31st of January 2026: now loungers should not float in sync

There are two sets of accessories: swimming ring and inflatable arm bands (or whatever it is called). They are available only for kids and each one comes in two versions: glasses-binned and BV-binned. Choose one. Accessories have got custom icons.

I created green skintone, because I couldn’t find one that I would be satisfied with. Most of them is too yellowish for my taste. I used face from @lilith-sims‘ Marigold skinblend and body from Maxis skin. This skintone comes in two versions - non-geneticized and geneticized with value being 1.8. Choose one.

RoM mop as broom
Another custom broom for pick your broom. Because I’ve already named one of them TS4 mop, this one is called ‘TS4 RoM mop’. I used mesh extracted by @2fingerswhiskey.
I included @midgethetree‘s files with new broom added, so you don’t have to do it.

If an adult Sim has a child or teen that is skipping school, missed the bus, or didn't go to school for various reasons, and the child is on the lot during school hours, an interaction will appear when clicking on the child called "Go to School!"
Results depend on your relationship with the child. They may refuse, or will oblige and start the interaction for walking to school.

👉 Fight Can Kill got a few tweaks:
New option to cut down death chances for kids and teens
New traits support: hot headed and mean spirited increase the chance to kill
Fights sometimes reduce comfort, except for robots and plantsims
New possible outcome: may pass out on the floor, if you have sleep_on_floor_enabled mod (either mine, or someone else's)
Another possible outcome: lowered hunger, comfort and energy instead of dying. It happens if the only controllable sim is about to be killed on non-home lot, which prevents the game progress from saving. This way, the sim won't die immediately so that you could go home and save. At home, you can help the sim, or let them surrender to their fate. By the way, vacation homes and hotels your sim stays at are considered home points and are OK to die on. In my testing, dead sim's gravestone was safe there and I was able to take another sim there to collect it
Tweaked some values to make the Lite version lighter, the Mild version milder, and my previous Mild version got promoted to Medium :)
A mini mod to go with today's Fight Can Kill update
First of all, fraternity-exclusive Sleep On Floor interaction has been unlocked before by Cyjon and aliasthepal, check out their pages to see if their versions suit you better
I enabled user directed action for sims with about half full energy bar (25) without any new conditions (other than not being in a pool or already asleep)
Then for autonomous action, sims have to have about a quarter of energy left (-40) and one of these conditions met:
party + being outgoing (7+ points) and sloppy (3 or less)
being a frat member on frat lot, if they live there or invited to stay
one other thing that won't affect you because it's from my unreleased mod

Today is something a bit different, with the expert help from the loveliest, beautifulest, stunningest, gorgeousest, talentedest, queens @lamare-sims and @teaaddictyt, I have managed to change how my ageing system works!
So the long story short is - long story under the cut;
The seasons are now 6 days long,
Depending on what time of day (and what day it is) determines their zodiac, automatically assigned at birth.
Pregnancy is shortened (27 hours),
Pet Pregnancy is now between 24-36 hours,
Special holidays appear as pop up if you have the calendar on the lot,
Ageing occurs at 12pm - instead of 6pm.
Edited version of the Summer Vacation / Winters Day mod by Phaenoh - to sync up with the holidays in this mod pack.
Edited calendar to fit what we needed. (Basically took the mesh from this MTS calendar set)
zz_TA_SimsCanAlwaysGetPregnantLOL.package - this is so that teens can get pregnant, and so can adults right up until they are due to age up, this is so that the game doesn't stop sims getting pregnant when it shows 1 day left etc as in theory they can still give birth in that time!
Sims can get pregnant no matter their age - teen and adult,
Slower skills,
12 sim days = sim ages up by one day. 12 sims days = 5 real life years.
If you use the Sims-CODEX, it will show their birthday in their profile if you have the aging set up!

The long story is;
You can have any seasonal order, so i have it all set up to have a Summer / Fall / Winter / Spring. But if you are one of our Aussie sims you can swap this around, so Winters day will be in Summer, etc. Basically, Season 1 is "summer vacation"* and Season 3 will have "Winters Day".
The notification will always say "Summer Holiday" but obviously if you swap your seasons around you can easy tweak the text list (0x0000012D) to call it what you want!
Babies / Toddlers / Children will show only having "1 day left" and adults will have "8 days left" on age up. This may feel weird to get used to at first, but basically every 12 days they will only age up once. On their specific 'birthday'. So lets if you have a Gemini sim, they will only age up on Season 1 day 1 and Season 3 Day 1. Sims will live for 144 days to the end of their Adult stage, elders can have a further 8 days (aka 96 actual days) this is random as I have nuked the elder bonus', I did however, leave a -6 days chance if they age up badly.
Slower Skills - this basically slows down the time it takes to earn skills. I wanted more of a challenge and something to reflect the longer lifespan. This is not required and totally optional.
Seasonal Calendar edits;
Some days have special holidays, that you can decide if you want to celebrate these or not. You can also create and tweak your own via SimPE if you wanted. Just edit the text list with the instance number 0x0000012D, the days are then in order. If you add holidays into the blank ones it should automatically notify you in game.
Added extra images to display the extra days in the season to the calendar.
You can add PTO to sims if you needed some extra days off for them to be at home when kids are off school.
You will only be notified of the special holidays if you have the calendar on the lot.
Added functionality to be able to set the day, season via the calendar too.
The reason why I set ageing to be 12pm, it is for a few reasons;
The first being able to see it's a sims birthday, then to be able to plan a party earlier.
The second being that sims born before 12pm will have one zodiac, sims born after will have the next zodiac.
The Season count down happens anywhere between 2am-8am, so it just seemed like a nice time to clear the season changing so then birthdays are not doubled up. If that makes sense... I hope it does.
So Teaaddict came through with this for me, its the Sims can Always Get Pregnant mod. What this basically does it overrides when the game thinks a Sim can get pregnant for. As the lifespan is technically way shorter now, adults only have 1 day to be able to get pregnant, but that doesn't work for me. Also, it doesn't work for me if I wanted a teen to get pregnant too. So now the game will not worry about how many hours a sim is pregnant for. They can get pregnant right up until their birthday.
Season 1 and Season 3 share the same zodiacs, Season 2 and Season 4 also share the same. Thus, allowing all twelve to be allocated a certain day. I did toy with having 3 day seasons to have a full year, but I found that seasons were not long enough to get the weather effects, such as snow etc, 6 days was the happy medium I came too!
I set pregnancy to be 27 hours, I found that this was the happy medium to not having babies too close / too long - tweak-able in SimPE, same for pets.
So the season / zodiac / holiday days are as follows;

Now for how this ageing translates to real life ageing, of course I would love sims to have accurate ageing but honestly, it made the lifespan last WAY too long! So now each age up is almost 5 year increments. This mod is deigned in a way that when your sim is able to grow up, aka "1 day left" in their age bar - that is when you actually age them up, I know some people who will wait until the next day but in this case that gives them an extra 12 days. It is broken down as such;
Baby - 0.2 days long - 0 years Old On Birth - after 2 sim days there will be a notification to say that the baby is ready to age up. (2 sim days equals roughly a year in real life)
Toddler - 2 days left - 1-5 Years Old On Age Up
Toddler - 1 day left - Age up to child
Child - 2 days left - 5 Years Old On Age Up
Child - 1 day left - Age up to teen
Teen - 2 days left - 10 Years Old On Age Up
Teen - 1 day left - Age up to adult / move to college
Adult - 9 Days left - 20 Years Old On Age Up
Little side note here, when sims go to uni and move back, I just use the simblender to remove a day, making them "25".
Adult - 8 Days left - 25 Years Old On Birthday
Adult - 7 Days left - 30 Years Old On Birthday
Adult - 6 Days left - 35 Years Old On Birthday
Adult - 5 Days left - 40 Years Old On Birthday
Adult - 4 Days left - 45 Years Old On Birthday
Adult - 3 Days left - 50 Years Old On Birthday
Adult - 2 Days left - 55 Years Old On Birthday
Adult - 1 Days left - Age up to elder
Elder - x Days Left - 60 Years Old On Age Up - again, Elders have no bonus days they just have a random amount of days between 1-8 days. If they grow up badly they have a chance to have up to 6 days taken off them.
Plantsims have shorter spans - toddlers 5 days, adults 6 days, elders up to 6 days.
Pets have somewhere between 9-13 days lifespan. but remember this is timed by 12 so they around for a few years... we deserve longer lived pets!
3to2 Traits Double Pack - Love Yourself & News is Free
Hello again! I've got two smaller trait packs for you today, each featuring around a small autonomous interaction in the game.
The first is Love Yourself - Sims with the Snob trait will now autonomously primp themselves.
The second is News is Free - Inappropriate or Rebellious Sims will now be the only ones to pick up and read your newspaper. Didn't you always find it odd that everyone seems to do that?
Technical details and stuff under the cut!
Love Yourself includes two variants. Make sure to only pick one!
snob_primpautonomy.package allows both Snob Sims and Sims with the requisite Neat and Outgoing points to be able to autonomously primp themselves.
snobonly_primpautonomy.package makes it so that only Snob Sims can primp.
Both versions also disable the ability for vampires to autonomously primp. After all, why would they willingly spook themselves with mirrors?
News is Free is a simple file - Anyone bar Inappropriate or Rebellious Sims should no longer pick up and read your newspaper autonomously during a walkby. Inappropriate Sims don't care if anyone is around them and may read the newspaper regardless if anyone is watching, whilst Rebellious Sims do at least care that much, but will sneak a peek if nobody's around.
Conflicts and Requirements
All of these mods were created with Sims 2 Ultimate Collection. As far as I know, these are the mod requirements for each:
snob(only)_primpautonomy.package requires Nightlife to function properly. It will also conflict with mods that change the following BHAV:
0x7F01EC:0x22F0 Interaction - Primp - TEST
inappropriate-rebellious_readpaper does not require any EPs to function properly. It will conflict with mods that change the following BHAV:
0x7F92C86E:0x1026 Walkby - Read Paper
This includes CJ-WalkbysBehave-ReadNewspaper from Cyjon's Walkbys Behave and other similar mods that modify walkby behavior in regards to reading the newspaper. That being said, this mod should achieve a similar effect as Walkbys Behave except with trait inclusion.
These files all require Easy Inventory Check by Hexagonal-Bipyramid, who is also the lovely author of the traits project! This mod (obviously) also requires their traits mod, found here.
