Far from finished, but we have a small, cozy mountain lodge and a pedestrian city center, both of which I remodeled after Irma's alpine uni lots, because they really capture the architectural style I was looking for:

The city centre consists of an 'Intersport' Flagship Store and the Ettenbacher Café and Restaurant and a small stand for souvenirs.

We've also got a two-lot slope to be used with Chris Hatch's Skiing Mod right next to the lodge (makes more sense in deep snow, so it looks a little silly now).

Two hundred years ago... Sector 6045 was an island covered in lush ancient forests, a sacred home of the Twisari. Until the Overlords decided to have this piece of land be turned into an imperial outpost, controlled by the Centauri.

Planet after planet, they divided the galaxy into sectors and handed them out to Centauri families like slices of pizza on a birthday party. Sector 6045 had also been in the firm hands of a ruthless Centauri family that was especially restricting towards the native Twisari.

When the last ruling Centauri family died wihout any sucessors years ago, the Overlords were too busy fighting new enemies, leaving the people of 6045 to shape their lives on their own.

Today ... Sector 6045 is a bustling outpost shaped by its colonized past that may ... or may not yet ... be over completely. The Overlords will send new Centauri delegates eventually, but the times have changed and the Overlords influence has diminished - Especially as they are suffering setbacks in their newest war and are loosing more and more control on fringe-sectors, as they try to further expand their reach elsewhere. The perfect time for the resistance to strengthen their reach and the Twisari to get back to their roots...

1) Matching Bon Voyage

First up, I've used textures from the Bon Voyage Food Stand blended with the original 4t2 textures to match a more 'vanilla' Takemizu environment:

Specific info for Twikki Recolors:

If you want to use more than one Twikki countertop-option, choose ONE Main File and then choose from the additional files ending in '_CounterOnly.package'. This way the same exact roof won't show up multiple times and make it a pain to click through the subset selection in game. If you plan to use only one version of Twikki, simply choose the main file of that one. E.g. [...…Twikki_BVmatch.package]

Sulani 1:

Uses textures from TS4 Island Living (most prominently Luau Loo, and Leaky Tiki Barback)

Sulani 2:

Uses textures from TS4 Island Living (most prominently Zee's EZ Poke Bowl Stand)

The plan is to have several lots leading up to the top. Sims will visit one after the other to simulate a hiking route. Perhaps there'll be some pastures and mountain inns, 'Almen' as we call those, where they can get some good ol' Kaiserschmarrn or other Austrian/Swiss/Bavarian dishes.

There are also 2 female, 1 male bathrooms (with shower) and a room with two beds, so you can stay as long as you want.. It is of course officially the room where the psychology students conduct sleep studies.. ;)

My Fiesta Tech is wealthyyy, because they have that tech money.. ya know.. And therefore everything is pretty modern and new.. If you like it more run-down, that is what SimState is for in my game ...
