It's been a while since I did clothing recolors or a gender conversion, so here's a combination of both! I converted @janika31's SDX040 Wrap Suit for male Sims, using four solid-colored recolors that are also available for female Sims.
AM mesh has pregnant and fat morphs, TM and EM meshes have fat morphs. All recolors repo'd to the AF versions. Jannis's original AF/TF/EF meshes included.

I've worn a dress as many times as I could count on one hand (and thankfully that hand has all fingers still) but I adore a long flowy dress on a lady and it was love at first sight with this one.
