"You could have died!" (i WAS GOING TO SEND ONE FROM HANNIBAL BUT WE ALREADY HAVE AN RP THERE SO-)
Alana might have been a little bit drunk. She couldnât remember, but she knew that everything was a little bit fuzzy. Alana was out for a walk that night, it was raining and it was an unusually dark night, all she could think about was how much she failed at everything and she hated herself for letting Jack Crawford anywhere near Will. She was so distress, she hardly noticed she trailed off into the middle of the road, until she heard the sqeal of car breaks and a door slam.
A very angry lady was yelling at her. âDied?â Alana repeated âNo, miss, I canât die. I have to save my friend. Youâre crazy.â she said, wobbling a little.
"Dana. Dana. Dana." she repeated the womanâs name over and over again until it made no sense and then she shook her head. What did she say again? Oh shit, she asked me who I am, who am I? Iâm a pretty bird oh boy and Iâm really drunk. But whatâs my name? Alana stared blankly at the woman as she had the mini argument in her head until she finally remembered. âOh, Iâm Dr. Alana Bloom.â she said then leaned over and whispered âIâm a pretty big deal.â
She had started driving before the other had introduced herself. The claim that she was making - that she was a 'pretty big deal' - was quite a big one, not one that Dana was necessarily going to take her word for.
"Really?" she asked, as though to humour Alana. "And why's that?"

Alana nodded yes, and then stumbled back down the road and opened her car door and sat down. âNo more dangerous than gettnig a drive home with a psychopath.â she mumbled, deciding that psychopath was a much more suitable term for this woman that she hardly knew.
When the woman got back into the car she scowled at her. âWho are you, yâknow?â she asked the lady, her eyes piercing the stranger.
As soon as she noticed the woman stumbling back towards her car for what she hoped would be the final time, she opened the car door for herself and got in. She ignored the mumblings of the woman (and if the stranger in her car ended up being a psychopath herself, she was readily equipped for any action that she may have to take), knowing that her presumptions were false.
"Dana Scully," she said as she started her car. "And who are you?"

Suddenly, Alanaâs entire mood shifted. She became extremely mad. She scowled at the woman in front of her and then rolled her eyes and started walking away âI donât need anybodyâs frigging help okay.â she said agressively. âI can keep myself company for crap sake.â Alana was stumbling her way down the highway not giving a care in the world as she tripped over every little thing in sight.
"Do you want a lift home or not?" she called out, becoming slightly irritated with the other womanâs erratic behaviour. "Itâs too dangerous if youâre planning on walking home."
It seemed that her original warning would be correct; if she continued walking around during the darkest hours of the night with the little care she was taking, the woman would find herself fatally wounded, if not killed, sooner rather than later.

"Maybe you can help me then." she said, a little too excitedly "Take me home, I have coffee do you like that? Or I have beer, thatâs good stuff maybe we can like talk." Alana tried to walk to the car door but she tripped over a root and  on the side of the road and stumbled less than gracefully.
"I could use someone to confide in." she confessed, to a lady she had  only just met.
She gave the woman a small smile.
"I can take you home," she replied, moving back around to the driverâs side of the car. "But I donât think I should stay." The two had just met, after all, and they didnât even know each otherâs names.
"Iâm sure there are other people that you can confide in that you could trust more than me."

"I canât be home alone!" she cried out as she wobbled to the side "The moon at least can keep me company out here and it doesnât bark at me!" she said, slightly angrily, even though she knew none of this was the ladyâs fault.
But Alana did want to be home, she just couldât tell her. âBesides, you might be a serial killer, I work with those kinda people you know lady.â she said to her.
"You canât even see the moon," she debated, looking up to the sky as though to justify her argument. "It canât possibly keep you company." She couldnât say much for the dogs, however; some dogs were naturally quite talkative, and telling her something like the dogs just had to get used to her could be incorrect information.
"Iâm not a serial killer," she responded softly. "I work for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. If anything Iâm trying to stop the serial killers, not join them."

Alana scoffed and rolled her eyes at the girl before starting to walk away, when suddenly she looked back âI donno.â she said, wrinkling her porcelain skin with a scrunch of her nose. âSomeone⌠He needs me.â Alana walked back towards the girl, her steps far from steady and she was inches away from the woman before whispering again. âI let him down.â
Alana was doing everythingin her power to not burst out into tears in front of this total stranger. âI let him down but he trusts me with his dogs.â she slurred.
Well, she wasnât being much help, saying that her friend needed help yet didnât know if her friend truly needed help. Surely what she was saying was nothing more than the product of intoxication. Or, at least, it was for the most part; there was a possibility that she had let her friend down and her friend had entrusted her with his dogs, but there was no possibility that it was the truth.
"Do you want me to take you home?" she offered softly. "Iâm sure your friend would want you to be safe." She couldnât say for sure whether that was the truth or not, but most friends would want that for one another.

Wandering around in the middle of the night was never a good idea for anybody, more so if it was raining with the moon - the only light that would usually illuminate the dark road - nowhere in sight. And, from the looks of it, the lady whose life had been in some amount of danger only moments ago, was at least slightly intoxicated.
Her reasoning was lousy at best, as though she didnât realise that one could die despite their purpose in life. But, really, there wasnât much more she could possibly expect, given the strangerâs condition.
"Is your friend in danger?" she could afford to lower her voice a little since she was closer to the other woman. Even though the stranger was noticeably even a little bit drunk, there would be no harm in humouring her, just in case her friend really was in danger.

âI do,â he objected, moving his focus elsewhere as he continued his explanation. âI just donât likeâŚâ There was a pause as Christian shifted uncomfortably,  then finishing his statement, âSharing.â
"I can't blame you for not wanting to share." She was still having her doubts about him, of course, closer to believing that he was simply delusional rather than truly something that wasn't human. "I imagine that it wouldn't be the easiest thing to talk about."
"Don't drink that!" (I just wanted to send one from over here b/c why not-)
Elizabeth stared at the other for a moment before tilting her head back and throwing the rest of the whiskey down her throat, all the while keeping her eyes fixed firmly on the other. A thin brow raised slightly - it was never wise to get between her and her drink - and she challenged the woman if somewhat thickly.
"And whyever not?"
It was a miracle that in the years of careless drinking at any number of bars of varying repute, this was the first time she had had her drink spiked. More of a miracle though was that the other woman was still willing to help out so earnestly now after she had been so rude. Still, Elizabeth was too intoxicated to realise this.
"Mm. Course Iâm not. I just got poisoned, didnât I? " She growled indignantly in response, no more friendly than she had been before. There was another soft moan as she pushed herself off the stool and onto her feet and she stood swaying violently for a moment before her vision blacked for a second or two. When she opened them again, she was leaning against the otherâs shoulder.Â
More words that lacked manners spilled from the strangerâs mouth, and yet she found herself still helping her. As the stranger was against her shoulder, she found herself supporting the other womanâs weight, not wanting her to crash either on top of her or down upon the ground; allowing her to do either would be of poor form, especially if she was possibly the only person on the scene that could possibly help her.
"Do you think youâre going to be okay, then?â she asked, her patience beginning to run down already. She wasnât going to admit that the stranger was correct; besides, it was more than likely just a temporary thing. There was no way to be certain what exactly had been put into the drink, but at least she could make sure that the woman would be okay in the long run.
"Iâm a doctor, I can help you if you need help."

Elizabeth scoffed, a smirk twitching at her lips. âRubbish. The nightâs only just beginning. Iâve a long way to go before Iâve had enough.â She signalled for another refill before raising her glass and nodding to the other in a somewhat scathing toast. âAnd Iâll thank you for your âsecondlyâ even so.â
Her hand was just lowering to bring her drink to her mouth again when the wave of nausea suddenly hit her and she groaned as the world spun around her. Elizabeth muttered a curse under her breath as the glass slipped from her fingers and spilled onto the bar. âDammit⌠looks like you were right after all.â
She knew that there was little convincing somebody that hadn't even known of her existence until that point of time that they'd already had too much. It wasn't as though she had been keeping tabs on the stranger all night, but her presence had been slightly difficult to ignore. How drunk this woman got over the night was none of her business, and she wasn't going to make it her business; it would only become her business if she were murdered on her way home.
Something she wouldn't ignore, however, was the fact that she had been right when somebody had slipped something into the stranger's drink. The rudeness she had been greeted with when she had only been trying to help had been unneeded; it was only a surprise that she was going to attempt to act with some amount of kindness towards the stranger.
"Are you okay?"
Of course Iâm not human. Iâm better than that. You lot, youâre so full of mistakes and sins and evil. I hardly belong on this damned rock.
"I still don't believe you. I mean," she signalled at him with a hand, "you look perfectly human, and there's no solid proof that you're not lying to me."
Of course not. Youâre only Human, after all.
"And you're claiming to be something that... Isn't human?" well, this was the last thing she needed.

The heavens. Does that ring a bell?
"It does, but I'm having a hard time believing that what you're telling me is true."
{ Ď }â Thinking on her feet, she slid her phone from her jacket pocket and raised it as if it were a white flag. A means of surrender.Â
âTexting while walkingâ
I realize thatâs not exactly the safest thing in the world but hey, at least I wasnât outside?â Â
She hoped it sounded convincing enough.
She looked at the other female for a moment. The story seemed plausible enough, although it would have been all too easy to actually keep an eye out as to where she was walking whilst she had been texting.
"I suppose." There was a moment of silence. "Will you be able to find your way back by yourself?"
