Japanese candy sushi is a creative and fun treat that looks like regular sushi but is made of brightly colored candies and sweets. It's great for parties, get-togethers, or just as a fun dessert for sushi fans of all ages.
Ingredients: 1 pack of fruit-flavored candy strips. 1 pack of rice crispy cereal. 1 pack of gummy bears or fish-shaped candies. 1 pack of fruit roll-ups. Assorted sprinkles or sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Unwrap the fruit-flavored candy strips and lay them flat on a clean surface. Prepare the rice crispy cereal according to package instructions. Using wet hands, mold the rice crispy cereal into small rectangular shapes resembling sushi rice. Place each rice crispy rectangle onto a candy strip. Top each rice crispy rectangle with a gummy bear or fish-shaped candy. Carefully roll the candy strip around the rice crispy and gummy candy to form a sushi roll. Repeat the process with the remaining candy strips and candies. Once all sushi rolls are assembled, slice the fruit roll-ups into thin strips to resemble seaweed. Wrap each sushi roll with a strip of fruit roll-up, pressing gently to adhere. Sprinkle assorted sprinkles or sesame seeds on top of the sushi rolls for added decoration. Serve immediately and enjoy!
