Ingredients: 1 cup of brewed espresso. 1 cup of milk. 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup. Ice cubes. Whipped cream optional.
Instructions: Brew a strong cup of espresso and let it cool. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the cooled espresso over the ice cubes. In a separate container, heat the milk until hot but not boiling. Froth the milk using a frother or by shaking vigorously in a closed container. Pour the frothed milk over the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon. Drizzle caramel syrup over the top. If desired, top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of caramel syrup.
