For Cast Iron Skillet: Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Add beans and stir constantly for 12-15 minutes until desired roast is achieved. Cool the beans. For Hot Air Popcorn Popper: Place beans in the popper and turn it on. Roast for 7-10 minutes or until beans are roasted to your liking. Cool the beans. Once the beans are cool, store them in an airtight container for a day or two to allow the flavors to develop. Grind and brew your freshly roasted coffee beans for a delightful cup of coffee.
