These Hemp Chocolate Tahini Coconut Bars are a delightful combination of nutty hemp seeds, rich cocoa, creamy tahini, and sweet maple syrup, all topped with shredded coconut. They're grain-free, vegan, and perfect for a nutritious snack or dessert.
Ingredients: 1 cup hemp seeds. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1/2 cup tahini. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of a square baking dish. Put hemp seeds, shredded coconut, tahini, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix well until everything is well mixed. Put the mixture in the baking dish that has been prepared and press it down evenly and firmly. Freeze the dish for about 30 minutes, or until the mixture is hard. The bars should be cut out of the dough once it is firm. Keep the bars in the fridge in a container that won't let air in.
