I genuinely don’t know what Megyn Kelly expected…. When will she realise conservatives hate women and don’t think women should even have an identity outside of the home. I hope she wakes up and realises this. These conservative Men are delusional most of these Males can’t even afford a “trad wife” most women for most of history have worked. Saturn conjunct sun in close degree is considered to be one of the worst placements in vedic astrology. It needs to be aspected by Jupiter to mellow down the negative impact.

Similarly, when a demon entered the gods' camp to drink the nectar of immortality, the sun and the moon god discovered the demon and reported him to lord vishnu, due to which the demon's head was severed, but he had already become immortal so the head became rahu and the body became ketu, that is why, when either is in conjunction with sun or moon, it takes its revenge.

In vedic astrology, every placement, every nakshatra, every observation is related to a mythological story, you can't romanticise it or act like it's not bad based on your perception of it. All these stories have a lesson, if saturn is conjunct sun in 4th house, then you may have a painful family life, there may be disharmony in family, but you are not allowed to do anything about it, you are not allowed to be angry, you need to keep on working towards maintaining harmony or realising why those things needed to happen, similar to how the sun god did.

It became a really long post but yeah, it really annoys me when people see vedic astrology in isolation because it's inherently connected to Hinduism, you can't UNDERSTAND vedic if you have no knowledge of the stories that have led the planets to become as they are.

Saturn is not bad, but it feels weird when people romanticise it because it's not.....that simple. Saturn was abandoned by his own father, but saturn considers lord shiva to be his guide, lord shiva relies on tough love, that was saturn's upbringing, so now it does the same to others. It's a tough planet to get through, that's all I am going to say. Saturn is not misunderstood, it just IS.

it’s disturbing, but the phenomenon of antisemitic stickers being randomly plastered around is also stupid - people are really so obsessed they’re taking the time to create and print these things? they don’t have better hobbies or sources of joy in their lives?

we are not a grieving family. primarily because my dadi was the shittiest bitch alive to her kids and just to everyone. secondly, because she's been sick since 2019. but more focus on more primary reasons.

my sister and i don't really adhere to this diet. we've gotten take out for dinner 4x ever since my dadi died and abhi tak 12th day wala program shuru bhi nahi hua hai. my mom does it to support my dad because it's mainly him adhering to it because vahi pooja mein baithne wale hai.

it alr so hard to get that shit ass food down my throat ( ik my mom tries her best to salvage it ) and again, none of us are grieving!!!! i can't imagine what it must be like for an actual grieving family, someone mourning someone they held so dearly.

also, the person who sits for pooja have to make his own meals and can have one meal a day???? like bro that person is grieving!!!! how can you expect them to get up and have the energy to cook???? not only that you're "allowing" that person just one fucking meal a day! don't fucking tell me fruits count because those are not enough nutrients. again, specially for a GREIVEING person!!!!!!

not to mention ki jo pooja mein baithta hai that person becomes untouchable for 13 days???? can't even sit on sofas or beds????? how do you think friends and family are supposed to comfort each other?? fuck that wdym you can't help that person by bringing them water or food because, again, unfuckingtouchable.

and yk if you tell me ki back in the day people were poor and didn't have acess to so much food, i completely understand that. ik this statement is very fucking privileged, but some tradtions need changing. how can you justify kicking a person who's already down. and you know, i wouldn't be so mad if untouchability wasn’t included. like ek toh tum khana nahi de rahe ho thik hai, 13 days ki baat hai, and fruits allowed hai. not the ideal diet but fine ( nd by ideal diet i don't mean ki fancy food but the normal dal rice, sabzi and all)
