Going back to the whole Coachella saga, was the damage control put in place for Evan or for Karlie Kloss?
I remember it wasn’t immediately identified that’s who Natalie worked for, but it didn’t take long to leak. Within days there were pap shots of Natalie and KK together in NYC.
Did the KK brand demand honor for their marketing strategist, given it wasn’t a great look to have her humping Evan with her bare backside on full display?
Surely Evan’s reputation wouldn’t be too tarnished by making out with someone while he’s single and at a festival.
Public relationships are always a two-way effort. Evan's team seemed to want to recreate the days when he was with Emma Roberts, when they were constantly surrounded by paparazzi and featured in magazines. But the Coachella idea wasn't smart—it came across as a vulgar sexual stunt. They could have handled it in a much more romantic and elegant way. It seems that contract ended much earlier, but because fans kept making fun of her, she probably called him and begged him to keep helping her.The same thing seemed to happen at the birthday party and on Valentine's Day, with someone always conveniently there to film and post everything. I never fell for their little game.
