Sorry for the graphic photo 😂 My whole fitness life I have struggled with this layer of "baby fat." I tried increasing my cardio... No results. I tried lots of different workout regimes... Getting closer, but still no washboard abs. I know this should be the worst of my worries, but I want to have ripped abs!!! I just do!! 💪🏼😭🙏🏼👙 Being a #healthcoach I know nutrition is a HUGE factor. And I finally think I'm dialing in to my ideal diet. I'm not announcing which one (on purpose), but I will give updates on my progress. I am continuing with my #olympiclifting training, cardio and yoga...
