I had a bit of a relapse (it sounds funny using that but I'm a sugar addict so it's too accurate lol) about a month and a half go. I was super stressed out and using it as an excuse to be lazy and eat crap. I got back on track two weeks ago and lost the few pounds I had gained and then some! I am at a total of 15 pound lost, which still feels like nothing when your so far from where you want to be but seeing that the work I'm putting in is paying off has been super motivational. I feel better. I think better. I'm getting better.
