Instructions: Spread cream cheese evenly on one side of each bread slice. On one slice, layer shredded mozzarella, sliced almonds, diced pineapple, shredded cooked chicken, and drizzle with honey. Instructions: Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Beat the butter and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy in a different bowl. To the cream cheese mixture, add the buttermilk, egg, and vanilla extract; beat until thoroughly blended. Mixing until a dough forms, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
