Ingredients: 1 lb boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced. 2 cups broccoli florets. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 cup snap peas. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1 teaspoon ginger, grated. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds. Cooking oil for stir-frying. Cooked rice for serving.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and grated ginger to make the sauce. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and add cooking oil. Add sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside. Add more oil to the wok if needed, then add minced garlic, broccoli, red bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Return the cooked chicken to the wok and pour in the sauce. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
