From age 14-17, I picked blueberries on a farm in South Jersey. It was hot dirty, and tiresome. As a result I hated eating blueberries for a long time. I don’t think I started eating blueberries again until my mid 30s. That's when I realize the abundance of their nutritional value. Only recently did I started adding them to my salads, which is a nice change. Just because you did not eat a particular food in the past doesn’t mean that you cannot revisit it in the future.
