Ingredients: 8 oz penne pasta. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced. 1 zucchini, sliced. 1 yellow squash, sliced. 1 red onion, sliced. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar. 1 tsp dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the penne pasta. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Cut up the bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, and red onion. Put them in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. About 4 to 5 minutes on each side, grill the vegetables until they are soft and slightly charred. Put cooked pasta, grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and chopped fresh basil in the same bowl. Carefully toss to mix. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top and serve right away, or put it in the fridge until you're ready to serve. Have fun!

Salt and pepper to taste. 8 hamburger buns. Optional toppings: coleslaw, pickles, sliced onions.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the pork shoulder, ensuring it's evenly coated. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours, until pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork. Once cooked, remove pork from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in parchment paper for later.

These delicious cupcakes with a light and fluffy whipped ganache are topped with caramelized white chocolate that tastes great.
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/4 cup whole milk. 1 large egg. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup caramelized white chocolate cooled and finely chopped.
Instructions: Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a different bowl until it is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones slowly, adding the milk in between each addition. Do this until the batter is smooth. Add the chopped white chocolate that has been caramelized to the batter and mix it in well. Fill each cupcake liner about two thirds of the way to the top with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes in the pan. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. Make the whipped caramelized white chocolate ganache while the cupcakes cool. These things are needed for the ganache: - A half cup of heavy cream - 1/4 cup chopped caramelized white chocolate Put the heavy cream in a small saucepan and heat it over low heat until it's almost ready to boil. Take it off the heat and add the chopped caramelized white chocolate right away. Set it down for one minute and then stir it until the chocolate is smooth and all melted. Let the ganache cool to room temperature, then put it in the fridge for about an hour, or until it's just barely firm. Use an electric mixer to whip the ganache until it's light and fluffy after it has chilled. The whipped caramelized white chocolate ganache can be piped or spread on the cupcakes after they have cooled. If you want, you can decorate with more caramelized white chocolate shavings or sprinkles. Serve your Whipped Caramelized White Chocolate Ganache Cupcakes and enjoy them!

Instructions: Get the air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Put the chicken wings in a large bowl and season them with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the wings completely to coat them. Use cooking spray on the air fryer basket to keep food from sticking. In the air fryer basket, lay the chicken wings out so that they don't touch each other. Fry the wings for 25 to 30 minutes, turning them over every 15 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with the sauce of your choice.
