A classic double cheeseburger recipe with a twist of diced white onions for extra flavor and crunch. Perfect for a satisfying burger night at home.
Ingredients: 2 beef burger patties. 4 slices of American cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 1/2 cup diced white onions. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Ketchup and mustard for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Season the burger patties with salt and pepper on both sides. Place the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare burgers. Adjust the cooking time according to your preferred level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place 2 slices of American cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are golden brown. Remove the burger patties from the grill or griddle and let them rest for a minute. To assemble the burgers, place a slice of cheese-topped patty on the bottom half of each bun. Add a generous amount of diced white onions on top of the cheese. Top with the second patty and then the top half of the bun. Serve hot with ketchup and mustard on the side. Enjoy your delicious Double Cheeseburger with Diced White Onions!

Enjoy the timeless taste of a classic beef burger. Juicy and flavorful, this burger is perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Onion rings. Cheese slices optional. Ketchup and mustard for garnish.
Instructions: Add the chopped onion, milk, egg, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the ground beef. Mix until everything is well mixed, but don't mix it too much or the burgers will be tough. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat. If you want medium-rare to medium-rare burgers, cook the patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side on the grill or in the pan. You can grill or toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely browned. During the last minute of cooking, put a slice of cheese on top of each patty so that it can melt. Put lettuce, tomato slices, and onion rings on the bottom bun of each burger to make it. When the burger is done, add it, with or without cheese. Put ketchup and mustard on the top bun, and then put it on top of the burger. Hot up your beef burger and serve it with your favorite sides.
