Ingredients: 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk. 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut. 1/4 cup condensed milk. 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: In a blender, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth. Stir in shredded coconut and graham cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm. Once frozen, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
