These Pepper Jack Steak Wraps are bursting with flavor and perfect for a quick and satisfying meal. Tender slices of seasoned flank steak are wrapped up with melted pepper jack cheese, sautéed bell peppers and onions, sour cream, and fresh cilantro.
Ingredients: 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 large flour tortillas. 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese. 1 cup sliced bell peppers. 1 cup sliced onions. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
Instructions: Put the thinly sliced flank steak in a bowl and add the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the steak until it is well covered. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the steak slices for two to three minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Take the steak out of the pan and set it aside. Put the sliced onions and bell peppers in the same pan. For about 5 minutes, cook until soft. For about 30 seconds on each side, warm the flour tortillas in the pan. To put the wraps together, put some cooked steak on each tortilla. Pepper jack cheese shreds, cooked bell peppers, onions, sour cream, and chopped cilantro should be put on top. To make wraps, fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling and roll them up tight. Serve right away and enjoy!
