Taco pasta is a flavorful fusion dish combining the essence of tacos with the comforting nature of pasta. It's a hearty and satisfying meal that's quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients: 8 oz pasta. 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 can diced tomatoes. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well combined with the beef mixture. Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the pasta. Cover and let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot, garnished with dollops of sour cream, chopped green onions, and fresh cilantro. Enjoy your delicious taco pasta!
