You can make your classic carbonara taste better by adding roasted asparagus. The asparagus gives this creamy pasta dish a fresh, vibrant flavor.
Ingredients: 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 ounces spaghetti. 4 slices bacon, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 large eggs. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet and season it with salt and pepper. You can also use olive oil. Roast in an oven that has been heated up for 10 to 12 minutes, or until soft and slightly caramelized. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti until it's al dente according to the directions on the package. Save 1/2 cup of the pasta water after you drain it. Heat up a large skillet over medium-low and add the chopped bacon. Cook until the bacon is crispy. Take the bacon out of the pan and set it aside. Leave the bacon fat in the pan. Put minced garlic in the pan and cook for about one minute, until it smells good. Whisk the eggs and Parmesan cheese together in a small bowl. When you add the cooked spaghetti and garlic to the pan with the bacon fat, toss it around to coat it. Take the pan off the heat and quickly add the egg mixture. To keep the eggs from scrambling, keep tossing them all the time. If the sauce seems too thick, add the pasta water slowly until you get the consistency you want. The roasted asparagus and cooked bacon should be mixed in. Add chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese on top and serve right away.

This fresh fettuccine pasta recipe is easy to make and tastes great. It's great for dinner during the week. When you mix garlic, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan cheese, you get a deliciously simple sauce that goes well with the soft strands of pasta.
Ingredients: 250g fresh fettuccine pasta. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Salt to taste. Freshly ground black pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese for serving. Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish.
Instructions: As the water boils, add salt to a large pot. Put the fresh fettuccine into the boiling water and cook for the amount of time that the package says, which is usually two to three minutes. Also, put olive oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-low heat. In a skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for about one to two minutes, until the garlic smells good. After the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the pan with the garlic and red pepper flakes. Add the pasta to the pan with the garlic mixture and toss it around until it's well covered. Season with black pepper and salt that you just ground yourself. Add grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley on top while the food is still hot. Have fun with your fresh fettuccine pasta!

Ingredients: 8 oz spaghetti. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 pound mushrooms, sliced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. It will take about 5 to 7 minutes of cooking after adding the sliced mushrooms until they give off their water and turn golden brown. Toss the cooked spaghetti in the creamy mushroom sauce after adding it to the pan. Grate some Parmesan cheese and chop up some parsley. Add pepper and salt to taste.
