We have been doing some test run batches for #Tamales and so far they have been SUCCESSFUL! Our Food Business model looks different from traditional restaurant. #GhostKitchen style. We are getting our paperwork underway next week and will be posting a menu at the beginning-ish of each month, keep the Order Window open for a couple of weeks and delivers would be assigned the last week of the month. Meatballs are more traditional with some #Rice mixed in, some #White #Onion #Garlic and seasonings. #Sauce is made with #Fresh #Roma #Tomato in same pan #Meatballs were fried in. I fried #Potato & #Carrots and added #Chipotle in #Adobo and then #Eggplant and seasonings and towards the end the #Cilantro.
