my name is Ariadne, but my chosen name for this blog is Corvus because that’s my name in my main dr, and i use they/them pronouns. i’m a slytherin scorpio. i ferociously find regulus black relatable (probably because i am autistic). and last but not least, i’m italian.

This is such an interesting question, I’ll try to answer as best as I can :)

First of all, *I* do believe in the theory of consciousness, therefore I personally think my awareness is at the centre of everything, I made everything be real because the universe is truly mental (as in, it’s created by myself and my assumptions)

I also am pagan, and I believe in every pantheon and every deity, I also work with deities

But, since knowing about Non-Duality, I’ve started questioning everything I believed in, and I came to a sort of conclusion:

Deities exist and they’re very much real and higher than me (ariadne/corvus) but Me (consciousness) is the one who created everything, therefore they’re also part of me, each is an aspect of myself

I still do believe in them and put reverence and devotion when I speak to them, and give them offerings, but they will probably be what I lowkey expect them to be because of my assumptions of me being pure awareness

I’ll be short and straightforward

I think the key to making subliminals work is:

detachment and consistency

I’ve noticed that when I deeply desired to reach a goal or obtain something from a subliminal then it simply never arrived

While other times, when I just wanted to try an audio to get something for fun, I’d get it faster

I also noticed that consistency in listening is actually a factor that makes results appear quicker

I’d listen to a sub for not even a day and wonder why I’d not get results?? While the first time I listened for minimum 3 days straight I received results!

the only method I personally use is dream journaling + subliminals + sometimes natural wbtb

this way I almost never fail to reach the lucidity, but I must admit that I personally get lucid dreams since I was little so I’m kinda prone to it

I think doing this simple routine might help:

1. remember to note down your dreams right when you wake up

you can either write them down (on your phone or notebook) or record them, the importance is to recall each detail and memory

2. listen to subliminals and put intention

some good lucid dream subs that worked instantly for me are these: ⭐️ , 🌙 , 🪶

putting intention can be as simple as saying “I’m gonna have a lucid dream tonight” and then go right ahead and fall sleep

key: trust in yourself

3. wbtb

I don’t recommend setting alarms cause they might wake you up too much and are tiring, instead, you will wake up naturally in either deep night or very early morning

when you do wake up, go to the bathroom or drink some water or do something *light* for a couple minutes, then go back to sleep with the right intention

2. fall backwards
