#shifting methods

lots of people have asked me why i don't permashift. i personally feel that this reality doesn't have to be so bad. you can alter and tune your reality just like a guitar if you really wanted too. when you affirm that your cr and everything in it is hell, it will be. but your dr will suck sometimes too.

do you plan to never shift to your dr again if something bad happens? this isn't me coming for permashifters, i have no problem with them at all. it's just something to think about.

if i have a bad day, i can shift, sure, or re-affirm in the fact that my life is perfect and i never have any reason to be upset whatsoever. that's also an option.

i always knew i would never permashift because i had no reason too. if something that i don't like happens, i can always just de-materialize it from my 3D.

being limitless includes being limitless here too!

once again, this is in no way, shape, or form hate towards permashifters. it's a choice you can make and i don't blame those who choose too. i just like to think deeper about things as a whole!

Your feelings are valid and how to not fall asleep during void state?

According to my understanding, you probably did induce void state, or it was deep meditative state, your case is completeeeely understandable. I've been having the same issue, being hyper aware of my surroundings, body, and my heart skyrocketing the moment I get symptoms. We're humans, and its kinda inevitable to be excited/ or fail. We're allowed to fail sometimes. But don't let negative thoughts define your journey. Take a moment to acknowledge your feelings and know rhey're valid. All your experiences are valid.

I don't think you're self sabotaging, you're just being aware how you feel that's completely okay. Our minds are different and we might fail in different fazes and attempts. Just know that you're so powerful, void state is within you and you can induce it anytime. Focus on your senses and let yourself melt into the darkness of the void. Try to stay calm, just try and keep practicing 🪷

Falling asleep was also one of my issues, I think you might solve it by attempting it when you're not super sleepy, or you can put Robert Monroe's Gateway Tapes as background sound. They work soooooo good I've induced sleep paralysis with them. Also they're available on YouTube I think, and Spotify. I use it from YouTube.

And you may ask, why did they work for you?

Cause in those tapes he speaks, in a gentle and calm voice, but sometimes he goes silent for like 15 minutes, then he speaks again. And when you volume it up you flinch slightly with his voice and it makes you realize, you're now aware and you don't feel your body. MABA hack 🌝 I suggest them.

when you manifest on a time crunch, you're trying to bring logic into manifestation. logic doesn't exist, so neither does time.

the moment you manifest something, you're saying you already have it. you can't say you already have it two weeks from now, you can't say you already have it a month from now, you just already have it. it's instant.

when you manifest, you need to ignore time completely, because it doesn't exist. it doesn't matter how long it takes to get it, because the moment you start focusing on how much of it is passing, it will take longer. it's backwards, i know, but it truly is:

the more you keep looking at the clock = the less likely you are to get it.

ive been harassed by a moron (again) just cause i tried to make them realize that indeed they don't lack anything, and I can't stay silent about it I MUST address. No one lacks anything. You can manifest in EVERY AND EACH mindset & circumstance.

Are you neurodivergent? You can manifest perfectly fine.

You find void state difficult? You can manifest by just assuming and being persistent.

You have x y z syndrome? Not an excuse to not being able to manifest.

YOU create your reality and your environment. Nothing is an "excuse". I manifested MANY things while being severely depressed, garbage mindset, extremely abusive environment & parents. No one is inferior or superior there's NO hierarchy.

Manifesting isn't something you "can't succeed" or something that stops. Even if you're unaware, you create your reality based on your most dominant and subconscious assumptions/ beliefs. If your desires don't appear in physicality that means you just haven't made it your main assumption, that's perfectly fine. You can keep persisting, count as you already have it.

"Ohh but I have this I have that! I can't manifest gnagnagna!!" You can. And believe me, I'm doing a favor by motivating you, making you realize you're no less than anyone in this community.

I got called "god complexed", "egoistical" for saying these, which is way funnier cause some people in this community fucking LOOVVESS to bask in the victim complex. YOU ARE NOT A FUCKING VICTIM. I'm trying to be nice and decent but people fucking irritate me OH SO MUCH. I'm not gonna tell:

"Oh honey, I'm so sorry. You have x syndrome so you can't manifest. You lack the ability, you're doomed. Just beg someone to shift for u 🥺 " that's what you wanna hear? 😃 That'll make you feel better?

I can't fucking believe people THAT DENSE exist and I'm getting harassed cause I refuse to validate their pity party.

Look, you might live hard times manifesting, staying persistent, or believing it. Doubts might occur, these are NORMAL! I myself have a very, very doubtful and kinda paranoid mind, and I completely understand you. I, as a pretty abused person, can manifest, SO DO YOU! OMG One thing you can't deny is that you still can manifest/ shift. No one and nothing holds you back!!!

Hey darlings, ive been delaying this post for like 2 weeks now lol.. 😅🌚sorry i was feeling quite unwell and idk just didnt feel motivated to share anything that i knew going to be long to explain.

Ive been into meditation since like i was a kid and it helped me a lot, but Ive been actively using it since arounf 2019 and its been a good practice for me. in my own way, ill tell step by step its pretty personal and you can modify this experience however you like.

First step is to prepare your environment mind and body. The physical body (to feel it) is what keeps you awake and anhcored to CR aka current reality, so you have to relax. relax your muscles as much as you can. Lie down or you can sit too, in a comfortable position, and make sure u won’t be disturbed. Put ur phone on DND, lock ur door or do it however youre comfortable with.

Additional things; if youre comfortable, then you can drink some water or put some essential fragrances in the air or sum. Wear comfrotable clothes, make ur room quiet. These ARE NOT ''mandatory'', but i like to prepare a little routine and it motivates me. You can skip this part.

The second step, is to do a complete body scan. This is classic espically in Yoga Nidra too, and it works well in my opinion. Start from your toes and work your way up to your face, and every part of your body, let every muscle of yours just relax and almost feel like youre ''melting''. Your body must feel so heavy and relaxed that you eventually lose the sensation of where your limbs are. Thats called meditative state. I reach it around 10-15 min. But dont overthink or overanalyse the process, see this as.. ''something fun'' or sum, dont put meditation or meditative state, aka MABA on pedestal, its a pretty natural thing.

I also recommend putting 6hz frequency, a lucid dreaming/ out of body experience type music as background, or nature sounds,storm sound, sea waves works too!! This part is entirely up to your comfort. Or if you don't like it, put a guided meditation. I suggest Alunir's.

Then you might as well experience your body tingling, your head so heavy, or like vertigo, shifting symptoms in general, prettty normal!!! Dont panick or freak out, let it happen. You'll catch into flow state in no time if you just focus on relaxing. There are many ways of meditating and yoga, you can check my yoga related posts, but its quite easy this way.

There are many ways of meditation and yoga practices. This is what I personally do, also one thing I haven't mentioned is that I focus on my Ajna point, aka the point between my eyebrows. I focus on the darkness behind my eyelids. And I try not to think of anything else, I completely shut my thoughts. I sometimes use mantras like

Om Gyanam Dhyanam Shantam Hari. 🕉️🪷

ॐ ज्ञानम् ध्यानम् शान्तम् हरि.

It's been my go to for like years. I really love ancient Hindu/ Buddhist sutra practices and and spiritual culture in general.

I also like to count till 100-200 in my head. I like the affirmations like "i am.. i am... i am..." Goes on, you can add specific things like "i am x..i am y..." Any affirmation works. And for me I get hypnagogia when I practice meditation especially if sleepy, I've induced many near shifting experiences like this. For void, I unfortunately been falling asleep in my specifically void state attempts but I'm revising the past. So no worries you can do the same.
