hiii! tysm for ur cute blog 💞. i attempted to enter the void state last night and i reallyyy felt it. there was a point where my body "dissolved" and i couldnt feel it anymore. i felt myself falling and then nothing. i was back here again. i think maybe i became too hyper-aware and focused on my body and excited about overall process (like im reaching the void state finally yessss eeee💫💫) so i came out of that state but idk what to do when im at that stage and im feeling kinda disoriented. maybe im lowkey self-sabotaging?? do u have any advice on how to go all the way and into the void state without falling asleep (another problem of mine haha) thank you xxx

According to my understanding, you probably did induce void state, or it was deep meditative state, your case is completeeeely understandable. I've been having the same issue, being hyper aware of my surroundings, body, and my heart skyrocketing the moment I get symptoms. We're humans, and its kinda inevitable to be excited/ or fail. We're allowed to fail sometimes. But don't let negative thoughts define your journey. Take a moment to acknowledge your feelings and know rhey're valid. All your experiences are valid.
I don't think you're self sabotaging, you're just being aware how you feel that's completely okay. Our minds are different and we might fail in different fazes and attempts. Just know that you're so powerful, void state is within you and you can induce it anytime. Focus on your senses and let yourself melt into the darkness of the void. Try to stay calm, just try and keep practicing 🪷
Falling asleep was also one of my issues, I think you might solve it by attempting it when you're not super sleepy, or you can put Robert Monroe's Gateway Tapes as background sound. They work soooooo good I've induced sleep paralysis with them. Also they're available on YouTube I think, and Spotify. I use it from YouTube.
And you may ask, why did they work for you?
Cause in those tapes he speaks, in a gentle and calm voice, but sometimes he goes silent for like 15 minutes, then he speaks again. And when you volume it up you flinch slightly with his voice and it makes you realize, you're now aware and you don't feel your body. MABA hack 🌝 I suggest them.
