āan assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into factā. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. āpersistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistentā
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. āare you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?ā. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. āboth 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,ā ā this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it

important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. iām not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want

my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you donāt want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you donāt repeat affirmations from morning to evening or donāt listen to your entire playlist. donāt force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but donāt make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods

i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all

How I entered the void in less than 5 minutes last night (If someone doesnāt shift with this, Iāll scream)
I wouldnāt be sharing this and putting myself at risk of sounding like a lunatic who posted one method, and is now posting yet another version of it, if I didnāt have a reason for it. Idk, gut feelings are hard to explain (Iām aware I sound insane right now)
But Iāve never been more excited to share something in my life, sooo that might attest to something.
This will work for everyone in some way. And Iāve never been more certain of anything ever. (Except for the time I pspspspsād at a black kitty on the sidealk at night, which ended up being a trash bag, and I found out I had horrible eyesightābut thatās not the point here).
This isnāt anything brand new. Itās like my method people have been seeing results with, but stripped down to its bones. Simplified to the core, which Iāve learned actually makes it more effective.
(unless youāre someone who prefers something detailed and objective, then yeah, stick to my main method and ignore this)
This doesnāt care about your beliefs. Doesnāt care about your identity, your self-concept, your doubts, your contradictions. It doesnāt matter if youāre into non-duality, law of assumption, law of attraction, or donāt even have a belief system. This method does not give a single shit. And I say that with confidence, because when this worked for me last night, I was crying. Genuinely, majorly depressed. Everything I usually cling to, all my beliefs about shifting and consciousness and the nature of realityāI wasnāt mulling over any of it. I was flat out over existence itself, and it still worked.
The set-up:
⢠First, understand something: The screen of space youāre looking at right nowāeven if your eyes are closedāis the same screen where your DR, CR, the void, your dreams⦠all of it⦠will appear. Thatās your canvas. Always.
⢠This works best with WBTB (wake back to bed), so set an alarm for about 3 hours after you fall asleep. You want to wake up just tired enough that going back to sleep is easy, but youāll still have some control. (You can also do this as youāre going to bed, but it was 3 AM for me after I had woken up,,, so do with that info what you want).
⢠Now, get this into your head: Youāre not entering the void or shifting from a place of calm or confidence. Youāre doing it from pure exhaustion. Youāre doing it from āfuck this shit, Iām doing it anyway.ā
You can doubt. You can feel like shit. But the attitude that follows is āfuck it.ā Youāre tired of trying, and tired of being on this journey. So youāre just gonna do it. Fuck it.
What to do:
⢠Lie on your back. (I personally like my back, but Iāve done it on my side too, and it still works. Doesnāt matter. Donāt overthink it. This doesnāt matter)
⢠You can move. Just donāt care that you moved. After the next step, you wonāt even be paying attention to your body anyway, and itāll go numb naturally,, so the idea here is āfuck it, this doesnāt matter.ā
⢠Now: Notice the black behind your eyes. Just that. The blackness. Donāt try to notice your awareness yet. Just focus on the black. Look at it. Really look at it. LOOK. Keep choosing to look at it again and again. Widen your eyes over and over again, and keep refocusing on it. This will keep you alert, but youāre not forcing yourself to stay alert, got it? It happens naturally, because youāre reeeeally looking at the black behind your eyes.
⢠Your bodyās gonna want to fall asleep. Donāt fight it, donāt care about it, because the fact that youāre looking at the black behind your eyes will naturally keep you from falling asleep.
⢠You keep your mind locked on that black space, almost like youāre watching a movie screen, but nothingās playing yet. What happens? Youāll keep wanting to fall asleepābut widening your eyes and choosing to watch the black will keep waking you up. Youāll be in this liminal place going: āFuck it. Fuck it. Fuck it. Iām doing this. Fuck it. Donāt care.ā
(What I mean by āwidening your eyesā even though theyāre closed is: when your eyes are closed, donāt let them go slack like they do when you're falling asleep. Keep them wide and alert, like you're trying to watch something in the dark. You're not tensing them, just holding that sense of openness, like you're staring through your eyelids).
⢠What happens next: Suddenly youāll feel your awareness. Youāre just awareness now. Naturally. You didnāt right off the bat try to pay attention to your awareness,, you just realized that you are it. Why? Because when you feel confined to that black space behind your eyelids like a coffin, with nothing else around you, thereās nowhere else to run to other than your awareness. Your body will be numb, and your surroundings distant, irrelevant. And youāll think: āWait⦠Iām just my awareness.ā
⢠And then your brain might do what it always does: āOh no. What if Iām overthinking? What if Iām messing it up?ā And you remind yourself: āIām literally awareness. I can overthink if I want. Iām awareness goddamnit. Fuck it.ā
⢠Youāll start switchingāback and forthābetween two things (because thereās nowhere to run to):
1. Looking at the black behind your eyelids
2. Noticing your awareness itself
Keep flipping between the two like youāre flickering the lights on and off in a room, but donāt force this. Youāll look at the fact that you simply are, and you'll look at the black,, and youāll think: ādamn?? Iām just my awareness.ā
⢠Then youāll start to sink. Youāll feel the pull as hypnagogia grabs your hand and says āso where are we going, bestie?ā From here, you can either:
A) Keep going as you feel yourself sink, and youāll fall straight into the void state effortlessly.
B) As you feel yourself sink, you can choose to lucid dream, astral project, or just plain shift from here. To shift: affirm, assume, observe, do whatever you want. The way I shared that I like to do this is by observing my awareness in my DR, observing the fact that Iām aware there (just pretend youāre there, no need to try too hard).
The point is: whatever happens next, if it happens very very quickly, donāt panic.
Just to note:
If this somehow doesnāt work for youāthough I genuinely believe it will work for someoneājust know the reason I share so many things is because I deeply believe everyone needs different things. The core of shifting stays the same to me:
You are only awareness, and you observe your desired reality until all other options collapse.
But how you get into that is wildly personal. What works for me might not click for you, just like what works for you might not click for me, and thatās fine.
Thatās why I keep offering optionsānot to confuse you, not to invalidate anything Iāve said before, but to give you more pathways of realizing how powerful you already are. If one method feels off, try another. My main method is still my go-to: observe my awareness in my DR, exist there, decide Iām there because where else would I be??ābut I love giving variety because maybe this next one might be the one that opens it all up for you.
Edit: (this just came to mind) donāt place a time expectation on any method. This one worked in less than 5 minutes for me, but the next time I try it, it could happen in 10, maybe 20. I donāt know. So if you try this, and it doesnāt immediately work in the way you expect it to, take a deep breath and keep trying, because eventually something has to happen. Trust me.

after realizing you can explore every single reality out there, you start to want to experience new things in a more uncommon way . a way that other people probably wonāt also be shifting there .

after shifting, literally everything will remind you of either your cr, or your dr . youāll remember an inside joke from your dr friend from a few years ago, and then in the same day cry about something your cr friend said while youāre in your dr .
itās slightly almost kinda sorta maybe a little overwhelming at first, but you begin to get the hang of it as your dr is already something youāve always known .
itās fun, too . sometimes Iāll be out and see cute keychains and Iāll be like,āoh, (dr best friend) wouldāve loved that.ā you get a little homesick no matter where you are, but itās almost comfortable, it that makes sense . because you know youāre gonna see them again, you already are .
I was inspired by a few posts I had seen over the years about people shifting with their eyes open/by blinking. So I decided to make a subliminal with this concept.
I made it using very extreme language. "Reality melting, breaking and bending right before my eyes." Or "I shift so fast it scares me." Guess what? It did scare me. So be careful what you wish for.
I edited a video along with it to kind of show myself the process of shifting with every blink because I can't visualise or see things in my head at all. I'm a beginner at editing so the first one ended up looking kind of bad. I decided to try again the next day.
I ended up re-hashing the subliminal as well and adding more affirmations. Then, as I was editing the newer version of the video, I took a break and shifted. I wasn't even wearing headphones while editing so the fact that it still worked is kind of crazy to me.
I actually didn't think it would work so fast and so... crazily? I was talking to my mom while eating dinner and I blinked and I was in a whole different place, I panicked SO HARD and came back the next blink. I was back in front of my mom and she saw my mouth wide open in shock and asked what was wrong.
I think I shifted to my Frieren Reality. I haven't even tried to shift there before. I saw a column in front of me and the sun shining behind it. I was in my Palace since I am an Empress in that DR.
It felt and looked more real than this reality. Probably because I have perfect vision there which I don't have here, even my glasses (which I always neglect to wear) don't make my vision as clear as it was there.
I used to think that it would be so cool to shift extremely fast but boy was I scared when it actually happened. It's actually so jarring. I'm still shaking and my heart is beating so fast even an hour afterwards.

Hi! As I promised, hereās my method post (the one that also made my friend shift to her DR on her very first try, proud mom mode on). Actually, I was planning to wait until I made it perfect, but it doesnāt seem like thatās gonna happen anytime soon.. (Also even though it did not satisfy me aesthetically, I am sharing it today because the important thing is the content) so if I ever notice something I forgot to add or decide to change later, Iāll just edit the post.
Itās gonna be a long one, so Iāll try to divide it into sections (red ones), you can skip directly to the part youāre interested in! (But please donāt forget to read the āsymptomsā section first; itās important so you donāt freak out.) Still, Iād love for you to hear the whole story before the actual method.
First things first, you need to know that you donāt need any method to shift. Setting an intention is truly enough. This one isnāt exactly a method either, itās more like something that helps you set your intention more easily (whatever this means) or helps you catch that exact moment between being awake and falling asleep. (Thereās no ārightā moment, I just say that to describe it better.) Itās kinda like wbtb, but not completely.
About this method / backstory: So, where did this method come from, and why is it called āNothingā? Well, I actually discovered it by accident. I just realized it worked for me. As someone who used to fall asleep all the time and had wrong information about shifting back then, I was almost ready to give up, until I noticed I was getting symptoms again for the first time in ages. I think thatās when it all started. At that time, I used to fall asleep listening to Alunirās meditations, and I began experiencing the symptoms Iāll mention soon.
That was back in 2024. After a long break from shifting (you know, Iām that person who tries to shift on and off, then takes long breaks), when I got back into my shifting era, I managed to make this method more effective for myself, and realized it actually helps me experience everything.
Again, you donāt even need a method, finding what works best for you is what matters most. But maybe this could work for someone out there too (hopefully).
As for the name āNothingā, itās not because you literally do nothing, but because when I once asked myself, āWhat should I do to shift?ā, the answer I got was simply āNothing.ā So I said, āFine then, Iāll do nothing.ā And thatās how the āNothingā method was born.
My Journey / Successes: What Iām about to write now, everything from 2024, are things I had noted down back then. Iāll share them exactly as they were. So even if I had already shifted before (and honestly, some of these notes make it look like I did), my first intentional and proper shift (without grounding myself) was in 2025, after I opened my Tumblr account and started journaling here!
October 13, 2024: I dreamt about shifting and started getting symptoms (Iāll talk about these in the next section).
October 31, 2024: I got symptoms again, and the meditation sound in the background suddenly turned into a demonic voice (Iāll also explain why thatās not actually scary in the next part).
November 5, 2024: Experienced the same symptoms again.
November 22, 2024: I shifted inside a dream (it was definitely a dream, but I donāt remember it clearly).
December 8, 2024: I remember my ears ringing with pressure.
December 23, 2024: I had a dream where I thought, āIs this what shifting feels like?ā Everything was so vivid and clear. (I even wrote in my notes that I could sense everything with all five senses. So if thatās true, and I remembered it in detail, it was probably a shift, though I canāt be 100% sure because itās been such a long time.)
April 8, 2025: At night, I remember my mom opening my door and asking, āDid you fall asleep yet?ā The next morning during breakfast, I asked her if she had really done that, and she said no, she only peeked in quietly but didnāt even cover me up because she didnāt want to wake me. But I know she asked me that. I saw and heard it clearly, and at that exact moment, I was already feeling the symptoms and even thought, āMom donāt distract me, Iām trying to shift.ā So.. it was probably my first real shift. Because it wasnāt a dream, and I only realized later that it might have been a shift.
From this point on, the rest of my experiences are from when I consciously started trying this method and I also shared them on Tumblr, so Iāll leave the links too.
October 7, 2025: my first astral experience and shift.
October 8, 2025: my first lucid dream experience.
October 25, 2025: my dream to shift to lucid dream experience.
October 26, 2025: my friendās first shift.
I also experienced the void state a few times (not sure when though, I donāt know why I didnāt note it down, or maybe I did and just forgot where I put it).
PS: If I had known back then that I shouldnāt be scared of the symptoms and shouldnāt focus on them, Iād probably have shifted intentionally a million times by now, maybe even permashifted. Thatās why Iām telling you now: donāt focus on symptoms, donāt freak out. Youāre safe, and you always will be. Thereās nothing to be scared of. Iām saying this because I once wished someone had told me these things.
Possible symptoms and my friendās shared experiences: The reason I couldnāt shift back in 2024 was because I kept focusing on the symptoms (yes, I experienced all of them). So again: Do NOT focus on symptoms. Do NOT freak out. Easier said than done, I know, but remember, none of these things are actually happening to your physical body.
Possible symptoms include:
Ear ringing or pressure in your ears
Heart beating like crazy
Feeling pressure even in your gums or head
Feeling like your body (or a part of it) is floating, my arm did once, but it wasnāt physical
Hearing demonic voices or changes in the subliminal/melody youāre listening to
Feeling like you canāt breathe
Spiraling (this oneās kinda weird but itās like.. leaving your body in a spiral motion, though technically, youāre not āleavingā it)
Melting
Not feeling your body at all
All of these are normal. You might not feel any of them, or you might feel totally different ones, and thatās okay too. But if you do feel them, please donāt panic and donāt focus on them. Just say things like: āIām safe.ā, āIām able to shift / oobe / astral project.ā
Personally, repeating āIām safeā throughout the whole process helps me a lot. Itās what made me have my first oobe and shift. When I felt the symptoms, I didnāt panic, I just told myself āIām safe, I can do thisā and let it happen.
Before doing this method (Recommendations but not necessary to do it): This part has nothing to do with the method itself, but increasing your awareness for a few days or even a week before shifting (or as long as you want) might help. Throughout the day, you can say affirmations like: āIām pure consciousness.ā āIām pure awareness.ā āIām more than this reality.ā āIām more than this body.ā āIām in control.ā āI can shift anytime I want.ā
You can also fall asleep while watching the āDream Machineā visual (Iāll leave the link here, you donāt have to do anything, just play the video, close your eyes, and keep watching the lights behind your eyelids).
Becoming aware of what youāre doing throughout the day can also help raise your awareness. Notice that youāre brushing your teeth when youāre brushing your teeth. Notice that youāre breathing when youāre breathing. Notice that youāre blinking when you blink. Do things consciously, not automatically.
You can also repeat affirmations like: āWith every conscious or unconscious blink, Iām shifting to my chosen reality.ā āWith every conscious or unconscious breath, Iām becoming a master shifter.ā (Which is true, because you already are a master shifter!) Of course, you can change the affirmations to whatever makes you feel more comfortable. The most important thing is to do what feels right for you!
These exercises will help you realize that you are pure consciousness and that you are the one in control. But again, you donāt have to follow every single step. The point is to adapt this method to what feels comfortable and natural for you. Doing these steps or not doing them is completely up to you! They might help, or they might not, what truly matters is how they make you feel. Youāre free to skip them if you donāt want to!
Method: Okay, about the method. Before you sleep (I recommend doing it before your night sleep, but itās not necessary, whatever makes you feel comfortable is all that matters!), set your intention like: āIām choosing to shift tonight, and Iām sure about it.ā It doesnāt have to be perfect. Donāt overthink whether itāll work or not, just say it and let it go!
And the position doesnāt matter at all! You can literally sleep standing on your head if you want to. Ā Do whatever makes you feel comfortable. But if you want to avoid focusing too much on your body, you can try lying on your back. (Personally, I just pick whatever position feels most comfortable at the moment.)
Then, before sleeping, weāre gonna play our list! (Which list, Aria?)
First of all, I want you to prepare a playlist on Youtube (or anywhere you prefer). It doesnāt have to be super long actually, your shift will probably take around 3 hours max (honestly, not even that long, trust me), but something around 8ā10 hours might be better.
So, what should this playlist include? Whatever you want! You can add songs, movies, or even random videos like āeverything you need to know about dinosaurs.ā This part is completely personal, the key is that it should keep you slightly aware.
But honestly, I prefer subliminals. Youāre going to sleep with subliminals playing, and weāll also add some silent videos in between. The silence should last just long enough to let you drift into sleep, but not long enough to make you fully fall asleep, it keeps you right in that sweet spot between sleep and wakefulness.
But before that, donāt fall asleep right away! You need to fall asleep without realizing it.
Now, there are two versions of this method: with headphones or without headphones.
You can start reading whichever version you want to try, theyāre almost the same except for a few small details.
Without Headphones Version: What I want you to do here is open your playlist and let it play softly in the background. Yes, without headphones. (For this, I really recommend Alunir! You can play one of Alunirās audios since they also include affirmations, but honestly, it doesnāt matter what you choose! Just make sure thereās a bit of silence in between the sounds, enough to let you fall asleep but not too long. If youāre using Alunirās meditations, you donāt need to add extra silent parts.)
Once youāre lying down and the subliminals are playing in the background, relax your body completely. Donāt focus on the subliminal itself. The important thing here is not to fall asleep right away (youāll do that later, but not yet). Just watch the darkness behind your eyelids, literally watch that darkness. And while you do that, you can think or affirm things like: āIām shifting.ā āIām already in my desired reality.ā āIām pure consciousness.ā
You can also say things like: āIām freeing myself from ego, fear, and doubt.ā āI accept and release them, and I allow myself to shift.ā
Or anything else that feels comfortable for you. You can change the affirmations depending on your goal, whether itās lucid dreaming, astral projection, the void, or shifting. But please make sure to say: āIām pure consciousness.ā and āIām pure awareness.ā
For shifting specifically: if possible, try to imagine where youāll wake up, sense the room, the atmosphere, how it feels, whatās around you. Think about what youāll do when you wake up, whatās your plan for tomorrow, etc.
If youāre not good at visualization, thatās totally fine. Just try to stay awake for a bit, because the goal here is for your body to fall asleep while your awareness stays awake. You can remind yourself: āIām pure consciousness.ā
When you feel your current bedsheet, ask your mind: āHow do you even know this is real?ā
Play little tricks on your brain, because your brain doesnāt actually know whatās real. If you say āIām there right now,ā itāll believe you. Say āIām more than this body.ā If you hear sounds or voices from your current reality, say: āItās from my desired reality.ā Or āHow do I even know itās real?ā
Trick your mind!
You can also count to 100 if you want, and if you start mixing up the numbers, thatās fine! Just keep counting from a random number. Youāll probably notice yourself mixing up words or numbers while saying affirmations. When that happens, donāt overthink it, donāt try to remember where you left off, just continue from any random number or word.
You can move a little too, like turning to your side, thatās totally okay. Just donāt make yourself fully awake again.
At some point, your body will naturally fall asleep no matter how much you resist it. But please, donāt say āugh, I canāt sleepā and turn off the subliminals, just let things be. Even if you get frustrated or feel like you canāt fall asleep, keep the subliminals on. (As I said, it doesnāt even have to be a subliminal, around one hour of audio is usually enough for your body to drift off.)
Because even when you think youāre not asleep, you actually are, your body will fall asleep, and your consciousness will remain aware.
At one point, youāll have that dozed-off moment. If the subliminals wake you up, every time that happens (and make sure you set this intention before sleeping), remind yourself:
āIām shifting right now.ā or āI choose to shift.ā
Donāt open your eyes, donāt stop the music, just go back to sleep.
At some point, your body will fall asleep completely, thatās basically the whole method. Whether you have a lucid dream, astral project, enter the void, or wake up directly in your DR, I donāt know, so just go with whatever feels right for you.
And if you get any symptoms I mentioned earlier, please donāt panic! Just tell yourself: āIām safe. Shifting is safe for me, and I allow it.ā
Donāt focus on the symptoms! Feeling like youāre flying, floating, or swaying is totally normal, thereās no earthquake.Ā Just fall asleep again.
You can also set the intention to wake up directly there.
With Headphones Version: What I want you to do here is put on your headphones and start your playlist. (Make sure your headphones are comfortable and wonāt bother you while lying down!) I recommend using 40ā60 minute subliminals for this, but again, it really doesnāt matter what you choose! Just make sure thereās a bit of silence in between, long enough to help you fall asleep.
Once youāre lying down and the subliminals are playing, completely relax your body. Do not focus on subliminals! The important thing here is not to fall asleep right away (you will later, but not yet).
Just watch the darkness behind your eyelids, literally watch that darkness. While doing that, you can think or affirm things like: āIām shifting.ā āIām already in my desired reality.ā āIām pure consciousness.ā Say things like: āIām freeing myself from ego, fear, and doubt.ā āI accept and release them, and I allow myself to shift.ā

You can remind yourself: āIām pure consciousness.ā When you feel your bedsheet, ask your brain: āHow do you even know this is real?ā Play little tricks on your mind, your brain doesnāt actually know whatās real. If you say āIām there right now,ā itāll believe you. Say: āIām more than this body.ā If you hear voices or sounds from your current reality, say: āItās from my desired reality.ā or āHow do you even know this is real?ā
Trick your mind!

You can also set the intention to wake up directly there.
Oh, and when the silent subliminal or video starts playing, donāt say āwait, did my playlist stop playing?ā and check it. (Yes, thatās from personal experience)
Also, if you shift to a version of your drself whoās already awake and standing, itās actually easier to tell that youāve shifted, youāll clearly notice the difference between a dream, lucid dream, astral projection, and a full shift. So donāt worry about that!
This method can also work even if you donāt do it exactly this way. If youāre super tired, just sleep without thinking anything. (Seriously, if youāre about to fall asleep in a second, do NOT think about anything, just sleep.)
It also works when you wake up during the night! For example, I usually go to bed around 8ā9 pm, and when I naturally wake up around 3ā4 am,and go back to sleep while thinking āIām shiftingā with my playlist still on, it works perfectly.
What should I do if I lucid dream: If it turns into a lucid dream, people usually say to make a portal, but for me, just thinking about my dr was enough. Just tell yourself youāre shifting, and youāll be there. The melting or spiraling feeling is totally normal, do not panic! (Also, to get out of the lucid state, you can shift to a random place first and then move from there to your dr, that was easier for me.)
What should I do if I astral/oobe: If it turns into astral projection, donāt panic, especially if you feel ear ringing, pressure, or your heart beating fast. Those are all normal. Keep telling yourself youāre safe! Spiraling sensations are also normal. If your goal is to shift to your dr, just think about it, youāll get there. And believe me, youāll have plenty of time to think, so stay calm. DO NOT PANIC. Youāre not actually feeling those symptoms in your physical body. And even if it is astral, if you say āI want to shift to my drā you will.
What should I do if I get into the void: If you see light or lights, focus on one of them and follow it, itāll keep growing, and youāll find yourself in the void. From there on, do whatever you want! Iāve never shifted from the void, but probably just thinking about your dr will be enough. (And donāt forget to remind yourself that youāre safe and calm!)
I successfully shifted but my vision is blurry: If your vision is blurry (like youāre looking through frosted glass) when you shift or if you canāt feel all five senses, donāt freak out, stay calm and donāt think about going back. Focus on your breathing, touch something hot or cold, or gently pinch yourself (not hard enough to hurt) thatāll help you ground yourself there. (I still havenāt shifted to my dr, I did shift once, but I freaked out, didnāt ground myself, and ended up in a random reality before realizing I was in my dr. Thatās why I donāt ground myself to random realities, but people say it helps, so if you shift, and you probably will, you can try it!)
If you ever feel panic like āitās too real, how do I come back?ā, donāt say you want to return. Just remind yourself: āIām safe, I can return whenever I want.ā Also, be open to random shifts if you want! Just to prove to yourself that itās real (itās honestly funny, you should give it a try).

And if it doesnāt work on your first try (which it probably will), please give this method a few more chances. Try again after some time, because methods donāt make you shift, they just help.
This one, though, isnāt really a method, itās more like a tool that helps you catch that thin line between sleep and wakefulness more easily.
Try it in different states: when youāre super tired, fully awake, or somewhere in between, adjust it to what feels best for you!
