shifting method for lazy and loud minds.
this method is very simple. it's for people who don't feel like organizing a whole method or putting in a lot of effort(because you don't need to), and people who have very messy brains that are always thinking and never shut up. it's all about affirming and optionally visualizing. step 1 : get comfy. lay down, go to bed, do it awake, eyes opened, idc. whatever position works best for you. step 2 : start affirming. "holy shit i'm in my DR!! this is crazy i actually shifted, oh my goody goodness this is for real!!!" exactly like that, i'm not kidding literally just go crazy with it. step 3 : Now as your affirm, start to throw in what is currently happening in your DR, you can visualise as well, but you don't have to! if your shifting to an mha DR for example "holy moly i'm recieving my first tailored hero suit!!! holy moly i'm getting ready for training!! blah blah whatever you want" and now just do that till you shift or whatever, you can also do this for reaching the void state or any other state you want if you so please! this method helps me a lot as someone who has a LOT of thoughts, my own thoughts overlap sometimes and doubts, getting sidetracked, etc can be a big problem for me. this method helps a lot, if you're thoughts are loud, you just have to be louder, yknow. so yeah. have fun shifting!
the unmaking method ... ୨ৎ
disclaimer: a method is not needed to shift, but i am constantly asked what i do to shift so i'm giving the people what they want. i don't always use a method to shift, but when i do, this is what i swear by.
step 1: get comfortable, then forget why ... ୨ৎ
curl into yourself like a cat at rest. stretch out feline-style if that feels more natural. don't make a ritual of it. you are not about to do anything. let the moment feel unimportant, and thus cease the preparations and the making.
step 2: murphy's law. let everything be a little wrong ... ୨ৎ
let things feel unreal. let your thoughts feel misaligned. let there be doubt. don't try to let go, or you'll only hold on tighter. it might get messy in your stream of consciousness, like a dream that hasn't fully loaded. the mess hinders nothing.
step 3: stay gone ... ୨ৎ
the idea is to stop adjustment. stop fixing and micromanaging what doesn't need your help to happen. if you start to feel distant, be distant. if your sense of self softens, don't glue it together. don't reassemble.
step 4: unmake arrival ... ୨ৎ
there is no "getting there". there is only the habit of believing you aren't. there is no arrival because there is no departure, and therefore, there is no laborious journey. you were never separated from where you want to be, nor will you ever be.
step 5: remain in what's left ... ୨ৎ
whatever remains without your effort is it. it is not a state to hold, nor is it something to maintain. if it fades, let yourself fade. if you notice it, it was meant to be noticed. if you lose it, nothing was lost. there is no version of you that does this better. there is no better. there is no secret, deeper layer waiting. this is what is here when you stop making something else. this is the shift.
the method I use as a shifter of 4 Years
this is my own method that I’ve figured out over time and has worked for me the best. I shift multiple times a week with this, I hope it can help you too.
I call It “The Tai Method” (Named after me)
The Method
As you’re going to sleep and feel yourself get tired, focus on the lights behind your eyelids and on what you can see with your eyes closed, (if you can see nothing that’s fine, the trick is to just pay extra attention)
do this for like half a minute before focusing on everything you can hear, cr sounds? Dr sounds? And try to really listen and hear if you can hear your dr.
After half a minute of that too focus on your body, do you feel tingles? Your own breathing? Sinking? Try to feel your surroundings change, or if It feels like you’ve moved.
do this 4 times and it should start to feel like your surroundings have changed. Even if it doesn’t, fall asleep and you’ll likely shift.
(best recommended as a sleep method, but works as an awake too! You can say affirmations if you want but It’s not required)
yes. It’s really that easy, just pay attention to your cr and dr while you’re relaxing, and you will shift!

I SHIFTED TO MY WAITING ROOM...and it was easier than I thought
Okay, so I just want to clarify that I didn't stay in my Waiting Room for long (only, like, 2 minutes), but I don't want to call it a "minishift" because I SHIFTED. I just didn't stay long/ground myself. 😭 But it really is as simple as people say it is. My main tip is to MAKE YOUR OWN METHOD. Trust me, making your own PERSONALIZED method is the best way to shift. Because who knows you better than YOU? Anyways, I'm planning on making a post about my experience/the method I made and used later!

3-DAY MIND SATURATION CHALLENGE
this is a three-day challenge to saturate your mind with just one thought: “i am in my desired reality”. please read this post from beginning to end so you don't miss any important information. the challenge should begin in the evening or at night, but the first day will only start the following morning. this affirmation can be replaced with any other, for example: “i am in my waiting room,” “i am now in [dr's name]”
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
i want you to affirm from morning till night. every second of every day, there should be only one thought spinning around in your mind: “i am in my desired reality.” no, these aren't just robotic affirmations, because i want you to be fully focused on your affirmations. you must understand what you are repeating. you must repeat with the knowledge that you are already in your desired reality affirmations can be spoken aloud, but i recommend repeating them in your mind so as not to be distracted by other thoughts. i recommend periodically changing the wording of the affirmation, for example: “i am in my desired reality right now. regardless of everything, i am in my desired reality. i am in my desired reality. i know that I am in my desired reality. i am so happy that right now i am in my desired reality” “i'm in my desired reality”. wake up and fall asleep with this thought. your task is to make it automatically pop into your head even in the middle of the night. you won't be able to do it perfectly anyway. you will be distracted by other thoughts. this is normal, but try to quickly return to your affirmations. be persistent and consistent. did you just wake up? “iam in my desired reality”. are you having lunch? repeat this thought in your mind. are you cleaning? repeat the affirmation. are you falling asleep? BE SURE TO REPEAT IT. don't dare to affirm every second on the first day, and by the end of the third day, completely give up on the challenge. it's only three days! and those three days will work wonders if you persevere set alarms, wear rings or bracelets, stick stickers on your forehead, stick stickers with the words “i am in my desired reality” on walls and furniture. let every corner of your home remind you of your desired reality. and now for my favorite method. choose three or four colors. every time you see these colors, start affirming. for example, i choose red, blue, and orange. did I see a red iron? and in my head, i automatically start repeating: “i am in my desired reality”
VERY IMPORTANT
first, during the challenge, try to minimize communication with people so that you are not distracted too often. that's why i'm writing this during the new year holidays, when you don't have to go to school or work. it is also essential to give up social media, including tumblr! it's only three days the point of the challenge is not to shift reality by the end of the third day, but to remind yourself over the course of three days that YOU ARE ALREADY IN YOUR DESIRED REALITY. you affirm not in order to receive, but to remind yourself that you already have it. “i am in my desired reality.” this is not just empty words, but the truth! this is what is happening right now. don't start the challenge if you're not ready to admit it. do not react to 3d. if physical reality shows you something undesirable, just repeat the affirmations!
