I think the key to making subliminals work is:

detachment and consistency

I’ve noticed that when I deeply desired to reach a goal or obtain something from a subliminal then it simply never arrived

While other times, when I just wanted to try an audio to get something for fun, I’d get it faster

I also noticed that consistency in listening is actually a factor that makes results appear quicker

I’d listen to a sub for not even a day and wonder why I’d not get results?? While the first time I listened for minimum 3 days straight I received results!

You were right that beauty is subjective and I do have a few specific features in my mind. Even tho it's not one of my goals, but I got curious when I saw ur answer, what about those subliminals which have affirmations like " be objectively beautiful" how do those work? Do they give people the features that everyone finds attractive or change other people's standards of beauty itself?

under the law of assumption, everything will work how you think it will. if you assume something to be true, it'll be true. so the results of subliminals like that depends on the user!

someone who thinks the subliminal will make them conventionally attractive, will become conventionally attractive.

someone who thinks the subliminal will change the beauty standards of the people around them to fit their beauty, will start being called pretty by more people despite looking the same.
