when people ask, “how do i shift?” they’re usually imagining that awareness is here and the desired reality is somewhere else. but if reality is experienced through awareness, then what is there to travel to?
the moment you’re aware of a reality, you’ve already shifted awareness to it.
that’s why i stopped treating shifting like a dramatic event i had to induce. i no longer see it as something that requires symptoms, methods, perfect timing, or waiting.
awareness doesn’t need to move through space to experience something new. a change in awareness is the shift itself.
shifting became much simpler when i stopped asking, “how do i get there?” and started recognizing that awareness is already what every reality appears in.
you don’t shift by forcing the "physical" with a method

the only thing that is consistently real is consciousness /imagination /awareness itself. everything else gets its meaning, power, and effect from the assumptions we assign to it.
NOTHING has objective manifesting power: not affirmations, not methods, not beliefs, not assumptions, not doubts, not emotions... only the power YOU give them!
if nothing has inherent power, then imagination/consciousness is the only thing left as the source of all power
the core message is not "create the right assumption", but realize you're the one creating the assumptions in the first place
knowing this; then you also know there are no requirements in the first place for manifestation
the usual manifesting explanation (according to LOA): desire -> believe -> persist -> (remove doubts) -> get manifestation
but we can shorten it down to: desire -> manifestation
all the stuff in between is only relevant if you decide it is
you manifest by stopping yourself from turning everything into a condition
like i've said a million times: stop applying rules to everything; for how to manifest, for how to shift... instead create a rule that states; if i desire something, its mine
the moment you add all those extra requirements, you're deciding they're necessary.
a lot of people think they're manifesting their desire, when they're actually manifesting the process they believe is required to receive the desire
that's why i keep repeating: YOU DECIDE!!
"i don't fully believe that i'll wake up in my DR, so maybe it won't happen" -> why would believe be a requirement in the first place?
the practical application is really just catching yourself whenever you create a condition and asking: is this actually a rule, or did i just decide it was one? (spoiler alert; its always a rule that you made up)
stop creating reasons why you can't have what you want. you were the one writing those reasons into the story in the first place
disclaimer: these are quotes from the full posts. i own none of these. op's are credited ^^ !
you are life itself.
this is why you can experience anything, be anyone, have anything. because there was never a distance between you and those things. you just decided to change the way they show up.
I am and non-dualism by @fashiongirlyi
shifting became much simpler when i stopped asking, “how do i get there?” and started recognizing that awareness is already what every reality appears in.
you don’t shift by forcing the "physical" with a method
you shift because awareness is always shifting.
you shift the moment awareness shifts by @noseparate
you don’t need physical proof to ‘fully believe’ that you are there. remember, you are consciousness which means you are the source. as the source → you create forms of consciousness. so if i imagine a cake it’s no less real than one in the physical world.
awareness is simply reflecting what you declare as true. what is true will always bloom.
you (awareness) decide that you have shifted → treating the choice as proof rather than what you see → will be interpreted as reality.
non dualism and shifting by @h1ghergirl
The law of assumption teaches us that we can have all of these things if we shift our awareness to the life in our mind’s eye, rather than focusing solely on the mirror (physical reality) that reflects our predisposed perception of the physical. The problem that everyone runs into, and some people get stuck there while others abandon it, is the victim mentality.
accept that you’re not a freaking victim of a circumstance you mentally created. Stop the woe is me BS. Your imagination is your canvas, you’re the artist, so why are you painting a sad picture if you hate depressing art? You’re picking up the brush to paint your own problems, then you get mad and punch holes in the painting you made. Throw that shit in the trash and light it on fire, it doesn’t serve you.
What. you. focus. on. GROWS. I really don’t care if you feel like you’re lying to yourself or not. Think & speak of the things you WANT, not the stuff that stresses you out. You can feel your feelings, you can have bad or lazy days— what you can’t do, however, is spend every single day hating on everything that exists, only to ask yourself why everything sucks. It’s cause your mindset sucks.
Kill the victim mentality = Live your dream life by @angelicrevenge
We all have a dream life in our mind. We fantasize about being rich, successful, beautiful, having the perfect body, perfect relationship, perfect house, perfect job, etc.
Not all of us have the same circumstances or desires, but we all have the same 24 hours in a day. You can either use that 24 hours to think about your new car, your partner who is obsessed with you, the large sums of money that mysteriously appear into your account, that trip to another continent you’re going on soon, that birkin your fanboy just bought you, the compliment the lady on the train gave you… or you can waste those 24 hours self-loathing and complaining about the most minor inconveniences, which then traps you in a cycle of experiencing unfavorable circumstances that create more negative thoughts.
What. you. focus. on.
THE 3D HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO REFLECT YOUR CONSISTENT THOUGHTS.
With that out of the way, how do we kill the victim mentality? To accept that you’re not a freaking victim of a circumstance you mentally created.
You select your identity everyday and every night. Before bed, replay your day in your mind, but alter it to fit your desired reality. Want a new car? New house? $1k? Re-create your day in your imagination as you’re falling asleep, change the things you don’t like and allow yourself to be fully immersed. Immerse yourself so deep in your little perfect world, that it causes you to laugh and smile like an idiot. Really enjoy it like it actually happened, because it did. Stop replaying embarrassing moments, losses, failures, rejections, etc. It doesn’t exist. The past & future can only be what you create, so create positive experiences. Fall asleep in good memories (real memories or ones you’ve created, your subconscious knows no difference), wake up thinking positively. Affirm in your favor and you’ll generate favorable experiences.
𑣲₍ᐢ. .ᐢ₎ There's no key to enter the void - you're already are it.
Yes guys there's no key, after doing my research and learning non-dualism I realized that you don’t need methods, assumptions, self-concept, meditations, those long ass methods, none of them.
Because why are you trying to reach a state when you're already are it?
you're already pure awareness/consciousness, that's your true self living inside a human body, having a human experience.
YOU don’t need methods, YOU don’t need to try to reach it, just be.
Yes just be pure consciousness.
"But how Eli i don’t understand?!😭"
That's the point, you're already pure consciousness so you don’t need to try to reach it, because you never left to begin with.
So how do I experience being pure consciousness? How do I go back to being my one self?
Here's what you'll do:
Find a quiet spot and sit alone (i recommend doing it at night cause I know some of yall have loud households just like mine).
Close your eyes.
Don’t focus on anything, let your thoughts pass and wonder and notice them without judgment and don’t think about the void.
Just be, and let's go completely.
Boom! you're pure consciousness.
That's it! You detach yourself and let go of your identity (your name), your ego, and your physical reality, and simply return to that peaceful, quiet, dark state, where you are pure awareness.
that literally it! You've been trying to find the perfect method and the perfect assumption just to reach a state that you've been it the entire time before you were ever born, which is literally ridiculous.
I know you're disappointed because i do too and it's not our faults really, we're finally remembering who we really are.
If you've read my void success story you'd know what I am talking about, cause when I experienced being pure consciousness for the first time everything clicked for me, and I realized that we are simply are, we are nothing and everything at the same time, this physical reality is not real, what's real is your consciousness.
If you're confused and don’t understand what I'm talking about i recommend you to read these posts from this incredible blogger and I recommend reading @manifestingitgurlll posts because she talks about the ego and how to let go of it, would really help with law of assumption too.
Now go manifest your dream life! You deserve it! 💖

no constant affirming, acknowledging & reacting to the 3d, no methods, no living in the end — just choosing my truth.
my biggest turning point when it comes to manifesting was knowing non-dualism and then understanding that i'm not a person trying to manifest something. there's no me here and my manifestation there. there's no A and B.
i am my manifestation, matter of fact, i am everything. i am the experience. i'm not the human, i am the experience experiencing itself.
after understanding that, labels started to lose meaning. things like "bad" or "good" are meanings created by humans to help us explain how we feel and make us have a criteria to make decisions. those meanings make sense to me because i am, indeed experiencing human life, but i'm not bound to that, i'm beyond that.
as i said, i'm the experience. so, without labels, i started to realize that everything we experience is simply neutral. we are the ones to assign meaning to it, but, at its core, everything is neutral.
i'll give you an example. let's say you crash your car, you're not hurt or anything, but your car doesn't work and you need to take it to a mechanic, the mechanic tells you it's gonna cost a lot of money to fix your car. you'd certainly think "hell, this situation sucks. i have to spend a lot of money and i won't have my car for a few days." you claim this situation is bad. the mechanic on the other hand, thinks "ha! this dumbass crashes their car and now i'll get a lot of money!" he claims this situation is good.
same situation. two completely different interpretations. everything we experience simply is. not bad, not good. it just is. you can decide its meaning.
okay, got that. so how do i manifest with this?
we've learned that everything is neutral, we are the ones who can assign any meaning to anything. "true" and "false" are meanings created by humans, not set in stone laws. see what i'm getting at?
when manifesting, i simply assign meaning to my experience. i decide what is "true" and "false". i look at my initial circumstances, say for example: lack of money, bad skin, no job — and deem it false. deem it simply my imagination. not real. then i say to myself "the truth is actually that i have money, or clear skin, or my dream job." and done. saying it only once is enough. then i move on, and go on with my life knowing what is truth and what isn't.
at moments like these i like to remind myself that i'm not the human. i'm not a human trying to manifest something and i'm not stuck to identifying with something forever. i am the experience, i am the observer of the experience, therefore i can simply identify with a different truth.
that's how i ignore the 3d. or, rather, how i don't. i never force myself to ignore something, specially when it comes to circumstances that are hard to ignore. personally, it just causes me anxiety to force myself to ignore something because of the idea that "if i don't ignore it, i won't get my manifestation". whenever unfavorable circumstances arise, i acknowledge them, and gently remind myself "hmm... no. this is false, the truth is that i already have my desire." and move on. again, i decide what is truth and what isn't, i decide the meaning of everything because i am everything.
finally, i wanna highlight that, for me, 'knowing something is the truth' is not constantly affirming, doing 10 different methods at once, listening to thousands of subliminals until i convince myself. i also don't have to constantly be happy and gleeful about having my manifestation. i simply have to know it is the truth and naturally sustain that truth. like: when you got your dream phone, you were very happy for the first few days, but a year later with that phone, you're out of that "honeymoon phase", you just know you have it and... yeah. that's all there is to it. i simply have to know my manifestation as a natural and instinctive truth. doesn't matter what circumstances i see because i can simply deem them imaginary/false and still know my truth, sustain that truth for as long as i want.
et voila! there you have it, how i manifest! i simply live my life knowing what it is and what isn't truth and... yeah. everything just unfolds without me having to do much. everything is malleable, play with reality, you're the experience. bye bye 🪷
Isso me afetava, sim.
→ scroll on pinterest to get in the mood (you don’t have to do this but this helps me get inspired.)
→ once done scrolling I lay down and get in a state that makes me relaxed (hypnagogia tho not mandatory).
-> i will say “i have shifted” or “i am in my dr” and i shift.
-> once i decide i have shifted i am there.
explanation: i know that i’m only awareness which means i am everything. there’s no process to get anything because I am it all. I am my dr so there’s no ‘reaching outwards’ to go there, it’s just simply being. so when i decide, it’s done. it’s soo inevitable. I think what stumps a lot of people is getting caught up with the physical (the body). Shifting isn’t about the body, it’s simply a decision made by you (awareness). you become aware of your dr, it’s done. i hope this was an understandable explanation for you guys.
