I feel unreasonable for being upset.

I'm upset because of how they made me feel.

I shouldn't have been attacked to the point I'm up to 🫡

I've been sick. My stomach is a washing machine. I felt dizzy at one point & there is always the niggle of 'calm the fuck down so you don't have a seizure.' I shouldn't have been forced into that level of stress.
