I exist so slowly that 24 hour days are frustrating. I need at least four to six hours to kickstart my brain and at least another three to prepare to do stuff.
today... was tiring
At times it feels like I’m a social vampire because I love to appreciate and absorb the passionate works put out into the world by others, but I can’t reciprocate the favor with success. When I’ve tried it, more often than not the attempt to put something out into the world leaves me so exhausted and frustrated with nothing to show for it, and so I lay back in my coffin like the damn Nosferatu I’ve become. Thank you to those of you out there with the energy and passion to create 💖🧛♂️
i don’t think ppl understand when i say i can do one thing a day and sometimes not even that. like the adhd meds help a little, but the rest of the disabilities are really making themselves known when i push it.

I want to start a punk band and call it “no spoons”. Who wants to join? We will play every once in a never probably because we will be out of spoons all the time 😂
I'm submitting to the ADHD and Autism high councils that being called a "neutral person" should be considered a very honorable compliment coming from a neurodivergent person. Reasoning: a person who takes no spoons to be around, someone who doesn't draw upon our energy nor overstimulating is an amazing feeling.
