The Hall of the Cupids in the House of the Vettii in Pompeii is famous for its delicate frescoes depicting small cupids (amorini) engaged in various everyday tasks and occupations of ancient Rome. It is located in the grand oecus (reception hall or triclinium) of the luxurious Roman domus.

Armor of Philip II of Macedon, father of Alexander the Great, discovered in the royal tombs of Vergina (Greece). It includes an iron and gold breastplate, a large shield decorated with ivory, gold, and glass, a helmet, greaves, and a sword.

The amphitheater of Italica (Spain) was built during the reign of Emperor Hadrian (2nd century).
