Ngl, I was toxic to some. I was a blessing to others. Some I healed, others I hurt. I can admit that I wasn’t always right.

Sit with it. Instead of drinking it away, smoking it away, sleeping it away, eating it away, fucking it away or running from it. Sit with it. Healing happens by feeling. Pain isn’t the enemy - avoidance is.

People think that numbness is the absence of feelings. But actually, numbness is the sense of being overwhelmed by too many feelings. And so you’re shutting down. So when people say „oh, I’m numb, I’m not feeling anything“ Actually, you’re feeling so much, and you’re feeling flooded, you’re feeling overwhelmed.

Seeing someone you don’t wanna see in your dreams is genuinely so violating. how tf did you sneak your way into my REM. get out.
