Thriller-themed party! 🦇🩸

I'm unsure whether it was a bug, or if that's just how the game is, but I find it hilarious that Myrkul in Baldur's Gate 3 isn't (or at least wasn't) immune to the familiar cat's distracting meow.

To save time, I haven't really used references for these short comics before, until now. I only had a vague memory of what Myrkul looked like, so I plucked a reference of him, the mind flayer colony, and Lae'zel from the BG3 wiki. Though the drawings are more and more half-assed each panel so that I could finish the pages in time.

Spent four and a half hours in total on today's short comic.

Starring characters are Myrkul of the dead three, a familiar cat, and Lae'zel, though she doesn't really look all that much like Lae'zel.

The font for sure wasn't the right choice though, but I didn't take the time to find a more Myrkul-like font. Maybe next time.

In the UK, the book of the peerage is called Burke’s Peerage. Burke sounds like berk, which means a silly/annoying person. So Terry took ‘twerp’, another word for a silly or annoying person, and replaced the e with u. 

Trans silvas very simply translated into german would be über den Wald

The Venturi Effect is a scientific term referring to the acceleration of a liquid through a narrow tube (like a jet).

Selachii is a classification of sharks. (I discovered this when my stepson got really into sharks)

The Malleus Maleficarum is a very real, very nasty and absolutely batshit insane book from late 15th-century Germany, basically laying out the procedure for catching, torturing, and executing witches. Its title translates to The Hammer of Witches. The other titles are Pratchett's inventions.
