Best Lilac flower sorbet 🌸 INGREDIENTS 2 cups water 3/4 cup sugar or half coconut sugar 2 cup Lilac flowers only the flowers 1 lemon the juice How to do •Boil the water and sugar in a saucepan, when it boils, turn off the heat and remove the pan. Put the flowers in and let it soak for 10 minutes. •Use a sieve to separate the water. •Pour in the lemon juice and put it in the refrigerator to cool. •Take it out when it has cooled and whip it well. •Put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. Homemade pizza- made with all the good stuff. Plant based off course. • Ingredients for 4 pizzas or 2 large. 50g yeast 5 dl of lukewarm water 6 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoon salt 700 g of good flour 300 g durum flour Extra olive oil for the bowl How to do. Dissolve the yeast in salt in a bowl and add lukewarm water. Add 1 dl flour, olive oil and gradually add the rest of the flour stirring and mix it together into a smooth dough - add only flour until the dough is smooth (probably less than indicated in the recipe) use the rest when rolling it out. Spread the dough on the table for a few minutes. Wash the bowl and grease it with olive oil, put the dough back into the bowl and turn it over so that it is covered with olive oil. Let it rest for 1-2 hours. Then divide the dough into four and form to four round pizzas on the table. It can also be loaded as it is and shaped into 2 baking edge (big pizzas) Let the oven heat up to 250 degrees (over / under heat or grill) with the baking tray in the oven to keep it warm. Or better use a stone plate. It makes the bottom of the pizza crispier. Put the pizza on the plate, use a good homemade blended sauce (see below) fill your favorite veggies (asparagus, red bell pepper, a bit pesto and vegan cheese) on and bake for about 10 minutes or until the bottom is crisp. Red sauce 4 huge tomatoes 1 red bell pepper 1 tbsp tamari sauce 1/2 lime, the juice 1 tbsp agave syrup 1 1/2 dl sun dried tomatoes 3 tbsp olive oil Salt to taste Mix it all finely in a high speed blender or hand blender. #vegansk #healthylifestyle #pizza #vegetarian #bestofvegan #foodphotography #foodie #foodstyling #foodporn #plantbased #weekend #instadaily #instafood #veganfood #vegano #vegetar
