Honey will never spoil but crystallization is a natural process. Crystallization may make honey appear opaque or cloudy especially if there is a high amount of pollen in it. Some beekeepers will harvest honey from brood boxes on purpose to produce this quality of a product. This honey came from a hive that didn't make it through the winter.
