These adorable bee cupcakes are perfect for any occasion and will surely bring a smile to everyone's face. The moist and flavorful cupcakes are decorated to resemble cute little bees, making them a fun and delicious treat.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup whole milk. Yellow food coloring. Chocolate chips for decoration. Black decorating gel for bee stripes. White frosting. Yellow sprinkles optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake pan with paper liners. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, starting and ending with the dry mixture. Mix until just combined. Add a few drops of yellow food coloring until you achieve the desired shade of yellow for your bee cupcakes. Mix until evenly colored. Scoop the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cupcakes are completely cool, use white frosting to frost each cupcake. Use black decorating gel to create bee stripes on the frosted cupcakes. Place two chocolate chips on each cupcake for bee eyes. If desired, sprinkle some yellow sprinkles on top for extra decoration. Your bee cupcakes are now ready to enjoy!
