Happy Sunflower Monday! 🌻 At the beginning of the summer we envisioned the gardens of 1750 House to be filled with big patches of 6’foot tall red sunflowers swaying in the breeze. But between the mischievous chipmunks and the hungry cutworms, only 5 out of 140 seeds planted have made it to bloom time. I totally get it. We are all hungry these days for delightful things.
