Update: Yes i know I'm "red" on shinigami eyes. I do not care. People who notify me of this will be linked to this post. It makes it very clear what you're saying. I can call a man with a gun to threaten or hurt someone mildly inconveniencing me. You're not calling the cops, you're calling A MAN WITH A GUN into a situation that does not warrant a firearm handled by a volatile lunatic who will not be held accountable for his actions.
No citizens of any country are somehow inherently bad or evil because of their government. Full stop. That includes Russian citizens, Israeli citizens, Palestinian citizens, Chinese citizens, Iranian citizens, North Korean citizens, etc.

Captions cover the spot on the screen you put the information I need
The dialogue is captioned but not the song you have playing that the dialogue is responding to
You only captioned the person on the screen, not the person off screen who is also talking
No captioning of critical sound effects (alarms, bells, dogs barking, etc)
Speakers are not labelled at moments where it is not clear on the screen who is talking.

Habits form because they fulfill a need and/or feel rewarding. Cutting out habits with no thought to the benefits they provide is miserable and unlikely to be successful.
In this case are you seeking hot food because your evenings are cold? Fetch a blanket.
Are you looking for stimulation because the early sunset leaves you understimulated? Get a sweet tea or squash, or blast a song you enjoy as a pick me up.
Does your blood sugar drop in your sleep in a way that makes it hard to wake up in the morning? (very common for chronically ill folks). Make sure you have complex carbs towards the end of your day to prevent
Without accounting for these you're just going to feel punished for the change instead of rewarded, and maybe even feel guilt over your "terrible will power" or "lack of dedication" etc.
So. Maybe there's another habit you can substitute, or a different snack that better suits your dietary (or financial) needs.
Or maybe you're depriving yourself because diet culture has tried to teach us that the body is an unruly sinful monster that must be disciplined, instead of a soft animal that must be understood to be loved.
