Oh btw at the second Hamburg concert I got a good grade in music knowledge, cause someone asked if anyone knows what Phantogram are like cause they’re one of the opening acts. So I said they’re a bit like Massive Attack and a dude near me said “great comparison”. Said dude is also pretty much a fandom legend who goes to a billion LP concerts every year so the compliment counts double.

Also, my comment wasn’t helpful at all cause the asker wasn’t familiar with Massive Attack.

I found the perfect concert bag in 2018 and I was always sad that I never took it to a LP concert. Its first concert was at Mike’s Post Traumatic tour.

You can wear it as a shoulder bag, but you can also wrap the main strap around your hip and the smaller strap at the bottom around your thigh. Then it’s out of the way, doesn’t fly around and with my added stuff it’s also thief proof.

All the pins and badges and whatnot are glued and sewed on for added durability. I added that pride pin just now and now I’ll refresh the glue/sewing where needed.

Cause guess what? The perfect concert bag will go to a Linkin Park concert after all! And many others after that!!!

The perfect concert bag went to 9 LP concerts (and many others) but now the faux leather is crumbling away and the zipper doesn’t work anymore, which is less than ideal cause you don’t wanna be in a crowd with an open bag with your purse in it.

But as usual, Linkin Park doesn’t let me down and the pop-up store had the bag that I had been eyeing in the online store and then missed out on.

And I managed to remove all the stuff from the old bag. The crumbling material helped, but I did a good job with glueing and sewing back then. And I have to tbh, the collectible pins like the turquoise one at the top right (Hamburg 2024) sell for more than 100€ on eBay 😅

#ready for Munich #starting the bag off with two LP concerts #tbh I might add some of the 3D-printed LP symbols #also yeah the formerly black and silver LPU pin is just silver now #I put the pins in my tape removal liquid that I got to remove band-aids but couldn’t cause it’s the wrong stuff #that’s not supposed to go near open wounds #but guess what? it managed to get rid of ancient glue #and also the black coating of that pin. haha.

#talked to a woman at one of the LP concerts who was in her 70 and in the LPU Pit with Early Entry #which means standing around (or sitting on the ground) for at least 7 hours inside the arena #and she had an amazing time and talked to all the young folks around her #while also being dressed very elegantly #like. if you saw her outside you would not think she’d be at a LP concert
