Makan idea. Fried tempe with Sambal Tomato. Ingredients: 1 bar of tempe 8 stalks of long beans 1 fresh ripe tomato 1 shallot 3 cloves of garlic 3 tbsp sambal tomato Cooking oil Fry tempe until golden brown; Remove from pan and set aside. Fry garlic and shallot until fragrant, then add in fresh tomatoes. Cook until a bit dry the add the long beans. Stir and let cook for 3 minutes. Finally add sambal tomato. Stir to mix then leave for 30 seconds. Add tempe and stir to combine. Serve and enjoy your meal. *Seasoning is not required for the Sambal Tomato is seasoned. Have a pleasant weekend peeps.
