These Air Fryer Turkey Sliders are a delicious and healthier alternative to traditional sliders. They are juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a quick meal or party appetizer.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground turkey. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper. 1/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Slider buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced cheese optional. Condiments of your choice ketchup, mayo, mustard. Cooking spray.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, chopped mushrooms, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the turkey mixture into small patties, approximately the size of your slider buns. Preheat your Philips Airfryer to 375F 190C. Lightly grease the Airfryer basket with cooking spray. Place the turkey patties in the Airfryer basket, leaving some space between each patty. Cook the patties in the Airfryer for about 12-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are cooked through and have a nice golden brown exterior. While the patties are cooking, you can also air fry the slider buns for 1-2 minutes to toast them if desired. Assemble your turkey sliders by placing lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and optional cheese on the bottom half of each slider bun. Add a cooked turkey patty on top of the toppings and add your choice of condiments. Top with the other half of the slider bun. Serve your Air Fryer Turkey Sliders hot and enjoy!
