Enjoy the best Western Bacon Cheeseburger, which was inspired by Sam the Cooking Guy. With its juicy beef, crispy bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and barbecue sauce, this burger makes your mouth water.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 8 slices of bacon. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Pickles. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. Grill or griddle the bacon slices and cook them until they are crispy. Take it off and let it dry on paper towels. Grill the burger patties until they're done the way you like them. For medium-rare, they usually need three to four minutes on each side. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to top of each patty in the last minute of cooking to melt it. On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely golden. Put the burgers together: On the bottom bun, put lettuce leaves. Then add the cheesy burger patty, bacon slices, tomato slices, pickles, and grilled onions. Add barbecue sauce on top of the toppings. Add the other half of the bun on top, and if needed, use a toothpick to hold it in place. Enjoy while hot!
