A classic cheeseburger is mixed with the flavors of fresh pico de gallo and creamy guacamole to make the Pico Guacamole Burger. The burger has just the right amount of salty, creamy, and sour flavors.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1 ripe avocado, mashed. 1 lime, juiced. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 leaves of lettuce. 4 slices of red onion. 4 slices of bacon, cooked. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
Instructions: Put the ground beef, diced red onion, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Make 4 burger patties by mixing the ingredients well. Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. To get the burger patties to the doneness you like, cook them for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. In a separate bowl, mix the mashed avocado, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Set this bowl aside while you cook the burgers. Sour cream and mayonnaise should be mixed together in a small bowl to make a creamy sauce. Almost done with the burgers Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each one and let it melt for one minute. For one minute, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are just barely golden. Spread the creamy sauce on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. Put a lettuce leaf on top, then a burger patty with cheese on top of that. Put a lot of guacamole on top of the burger patty. Then, put a bacon slice and a red onion slice on top of that. Put the other half of the bun on top, and your Pico Guacamole Burger is ready to go! Have your favorite sides with your tasty burger.
