These Spicy Triple Hamburgers Ricardo are a tasty take on regular burgers. They are made with ground beef, pork, and chicken mixed with spicy seasonings. They're a tasty and filling meal when topped with fresh vegetables and sauces.
Ingredients: 3/4 lb ground beef. 3/4 lb ground pork. 3/4 lb ground chicken. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup diced onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 6 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Pickles. Sliced jalapeos. Mayonnaise. Ketchup.
Instructions: Put ground beef, ground pork, and ground chicken in a large bowl and mix them together. Mix in the egg, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, black pepper, diced onions, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Mix everything together well. Cut the mixture into six equal parts and form each one into a burger patty. Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. The burger patties should be cooked for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. On the grill, toast the hamburger buns until they are just barely golden. Put your burgers together: On the bottom half of each bun, put lettuce leaves and then a burger patty. Add pickles, tomato slices, and jalapeo slices on top. Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the top half of the buns, then put them on top of the burgers that have been put together. Feel free to serve your Spicy Triple Hamburgers Ricardo hot and enjoy!
