OP the only difference between you and a transphobe is that a transphobe is willing to stick to their guns and continue to insist that gender doesn't really exist even in situations where they are expected to pretend that it does. All of us started out trying to be nice and trying to find common ground with trans people, and all of us got called transphobes for it anyway. At a certain point, we all had to admit that we couldn't hold onto our critiques of gender roles and support transgenderism at the same time.

Why is this tagged “transandrophobia”? This is misogyny. Misogyny suffered equally by women and trans men. The governments committing these atrocities aren’t doing it out of hatred for trans men, they’re doing it out of hatred for the female sex. Misogyny. Femicide. There’s no need to try to invent new terms to discuss oppression that already has a name that allows it to be discussed clearly in a way that explicitly names the victims: female people.

When TIMs were getting banned from this website for being porn obsessed creeps, the trans community was up in arms claiming it was a hate crime of the highest order, a genocide of “transfemmes”. But now radfems are being bombarded with bots wishing rape upon us, telling us to die/kill ourselves, sending graphic disturbing messages about wanting us to be “raped corpses”, etc. And it’s silence. I find it hard to believe that the trans community has no idea this is happening…they seem to orbit radblr enough to be annoying on our posts, to get us shadowbanned, and to put us on blocklists. But they can’t state that they don’t support the bot spam? Even the spam targeting children? I wouldn’t be surprised if the majority of the trans community here finds this whole thing wonderful and funny. Misogyny is great when it’s weaponised against women and girls you don’t like, don’t you know.
