That’s Louis Rossman, a repair technician and YouTuber, who went viral recently for railing against Apple. Apple purposely charges a lot for repairs and you either have to pay up or buy a new device. That’s because Apple withholds necessary tools and information from outside repair shops. And to think, we were just so close to change.

So I asked the internet, well how hard IS it to repair? And I saw this guy’s video, and while I am no techie, I AM fueled by spite, so I was all “oh, they do that shit on purpose specifically so they can charge me $1200 bucks or make me buy a new computer hunh? FUCK THEM” and I bought all the tools I needed for about $25 and I bought all the parts I needed for about another $25 and I watched a few tutorial videos, and I replaced my own keyboard.

So, once you are doing the actual deed, it becomes pretty obvious that they are finding creative ways to make this much harder than it has to be on purpose. On thing that stood out to me is, instead of all the tiny screws being the same size, there are about two dozen very slightly different sizes. They could easily be all the same size, or like, two sizes at most, but no.

These mother fuckers will take a panel that screws into place and they’ll use a different size screw for each corner. They are so close that you almost cannot tell them apart visually, but they each will only screw into the matching corner. Like, it’s a pretty clear “fuck you” to anyone trying to do repairs.

Even though Purple tends to lure/seduce his prey into the water to be devoured, he tends to get lost in conversation with whoever purple tried to lure into the water.

Green likes to play volleyball with anyone who comes to gultred lake, he's not the hunting type of siren but more social.

Blue tends to tell sob stories about his life under the water as a form of false cover to also lure people into the water with him as a fake promise of not making him lonely anymore.

Orange tends to avoid swimming up to the surface but when he does he likes to see the environment around the lake.

Red is the largest one by far and he resides in the abyss of the water with him only rising from the lake from a sense of danger for the other Baldloons siren's safety.

Purple has a crush on a specific being with a deformed head he's unsure if they're humane or not.

Blue uses the stingray part of its body as a blanket to wrap himself in.

Green can glow in the dark!.

Orange tries to tell jokes he thinks are bad but the baldloons all laugh at his jokes.

Red's vampire squid design motif was made as a form of admiration for Count Baldimore.

they're all polite gentlemen towards Susan and will never try to eat her unless they want to become multicolored sushi.

They will never eat children.

Purple once gave Playdoll pearl themed jewelry such as bracelets, necklaces for both her and her toys.

Blue collects pebbles from people throwing them in the lake.

Green was inspired by purple's idea for wearing clothes so he made his out of alge and seaweed.

Orange tries to hide in anemones like regular clownfish do.

I'm putting the request on hiatus. It's gonna be July soon so I really need to focus on getting to college. I'm still doing all the request right now.
