Garak fingering Bashir's penetrating wound after Bashir gets hit with shrapel on an away mission. Bashir gasping and whimpering softly, gently instructing Garak on removing the foreign body. Then sighing in relief, relaxing against Garak as Garak performs wound care. Garak getting inappropriately horny, from the noises and proximity, and thinking about his previous interrogation expérience. Bashir shivering and going into shock from blood loss, needing Garak to spoon and warm him up. Garak doing it and feeling like a Monster the whole time :)
