Petite Pleasure.

I made this orange-chocolate cake today. I’m very happy with the way it looks and I can’t wait to taste it. I filled it with a chocolate filling and an orangecurd 🤪

Baking bread is one of my favorite activities. I just find that kneading the dough is really relaxing. And you get a delicious bread so it’s a win-win for me!

With a new year of Uni I haven’t had a lot of time to bake so when I do, I go full out. So today I decided to not bake one cake but two. Nothing can beat a nice cup of tea with a freshly baked cake. Today I went with a lemon-poppy seed cake and an apple cake with nuts. Every time I bake I just completely relax and it reminds me that I miss it so much. So these two cakes brought me a lot of joy today 🥰

These may not be pastries but I like to cook almost as much as I like to bake. And Homemade pizza just really hits different. These pizza’s were so delicious, i’m never getting pizza hut again! 😍

These mini cheesecakes are absolutly the easiest things to make and so delcious! With a speculooscrust, raspberrycoulis and some whipped cream they’re just irresistible. They never last long in my household 😋

Made some cakes today. These are called “Banananuts”, very easy to make and so jummy! 😋

I made these peach-tarts today. They turned out WAY beter than I had expected. They looked cute and everyone loved them so these were a serious hit in my household! I will definitely make these again! 🤩

Baked some delicious pancakes yesterday for fatherday and toped it off with some whiped cream, ice cream and lot’s of jummy strawberries and peaches.

My grandmother turned 86 last monday. So I decides to bake her a cake. This strawberry cake couldn’t have turned out better. I’m very proud of this one! With a curd and strawberry filling it’s just so jummy!

I made some delicious pastries. These are as we say in Belgium “lange suisse”. It’s briochebread filled with custard and raisins. I also made some with custard and nuts. Truly one of my favorite pastries because you can really change it up! 😚

Yesterday I made a chocolate-orange cake! It was a chocolate spongecake filled with orange-curd and chocolatemousse! And let me tell you, it was truly delicious! It tasted a little bit like the orangechocolates in the tin boxes you get with christmas!

Made a rollcake with raspberry’s for my grandmother, she absolutely loved it! It’s one of the passions we share and I’m so happy to make her proud ☺️

My first attempt at a mango-passionfruit-cake, and oh my, I just loved it! Truly something I would highly reccomend making! Every bite is just a taste of summer 🥰

Made some cinnemon rolls and they were truly delicious! It’s one of my favorite things to make ☺️

Made some brownies, they were really good! So chewy yet a little chrispy on the top!

I made a coffee-apple-cake today. And it was truly amazing! The crush on top with the soft cake and cinnamon-apple flavor is just incredible together 🥰

My first attempt at Hot Cross Buns, they were really jummy bit a little bit dense so I think I need to change my receipe a little bit! Definitely going to do a second attempt soon! 😊
