Savor the ideal fusion of flavorful and moist banana bread, enhanced by the deliciousness of chocolate chips and crisp walnuts. For any occasion, this Chocolate Chip Banana Nut Bread is a delightful treat.
Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas, mashed. 1/3 cup melted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 egg, beaten. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon baking soda. A pinch of salt. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 4x8 inch 10x20 cm loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas. Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine. Add the all-purpose flour, chopped walnuts, and chocolate chips, and mix until just incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the banana nut bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
