I’ve got jars of homemade raspberry jam and blueberry jam waiting in the fridge and after a while, bread and crackers etc start feeling a bit repetitive. So today I wandered into the kitchen and decided to make pancakes. Inspired by a post I read the other day.

I wasn’t expecting much, Cuz I'm not good at baking or cooking in general. So I googled a quick recipe and gave it a try.. they turned out surprisingly good. Soft, golden and exactly what I was hoping for.

Maybe I’m getting a little better in the kitchen after all.

Simple pancakes: 🥞

* 2 eggs

* 2 dl all purpose flour

* 2 dl water

* 1–2 tbsp sugar

* 1 tsp vanilla sugar

* A pinch of salt

* A little melted butter
