The Hand of the Diligent.

Diligence can be described as consistent effort applied to achieve something. It doesn’t only apply to manual labour. You can be diligent in managing your finances, in building your spiritual life, in keeping relationships, and more. Whatever you’re not diligent at, you will experience lack in that area.

Are You Lazy Or Diligent?

After reading this Bible verse, I asked myself “am I diligent or lazy?” I concluded that I could be more diligent in some areas. It is godly wisdom to be diligent in whatever you do. So, are you a diligent person or a lazy person?

Work With Your Might.

This is a reminder that we ought to aim for excellence in whichever work we find ourselves doing.

Saved By Grace, Not By Works.

This Bible passage explains that our salvation is by the grace of God, and it is a gift from God because Jesus Christ already paid the debt for your salvation.

Although there are many verses that tell us believers to do good works, this Apostle Paul explains that we cannot boast of our good works as the reason for our salvation.

You’re not saved because you attend church regularly, or pray frequently, or give alms, or you do everything right before God.

All of these are good works that you should keep doing, but know that it is only by the grace of God that you’ve been saved, and your salvation is a free gift from God.

Boast of The Cross of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Apostle Paul explains in this verse that the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross and the transformation of his mind and interests because of that sacrifice, is more valuable than anything else.

Has Jesus’s sacrifice on the cross transformed you?

Do you value that transformation?

Proclaim God’s Greatness.

Through Jesus Christ, There Is Forgiveness For Your Sins.

In this Bible Passage, Apostle Paul proclaimed the gospel of Jesus Christ to people in Antioch. At the time, there were both Jews and Gentiles in the congregation, so he explained who Jesus Christ is and told them that unlike their religious laws, believing in Jesus Christ can make them right in God’s sight.

Apostle Paul’s teaching about Jesus Christ holds true even now.

Proclaim Your Knowledge and Understanding of God.

Boast About The Lord.

To boast about the Lord or to glory in God is to express the joy and confidence that you have because you have God. Trusting that When God is for you and with you, you will triumph over the enemy.

We Boast In The Name of The Lord.

A nation that has God on their side will triumph. King David did not say that his nation didn’t have or use chariots and horses, but they had the Mighty and Most Powerful God, and their boast was in Him.

What you boast of signifies what you trust in or deem most valuable. What’s that for you?

For King David, in the time of war, the name of the Lord was far more valuable than chariots and horses.

Your Salvation Is The Will of God.

Have you seen the Son? Do you believe in Jesus?

God wants to have eternal life by faith in Jesus Christ the Son of God.

Come to Jesus today by saying this prayer:

“Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You into my heart and life.”

Now, join a sound, Bible-believing and practising church. Continue to study Jesus’s words and live as He wants His followers to live.

Transformed To Discern The Perfect Will of God.

Apostle Paul explains to us that it is those who have been supernaturally transformed by allowing the Holy Spirit to renew their minds, that can prove or discern God’s perfect will. Is that you?

God Wills Your Gratitude.

God expects us (believers in Christ Jesus) to give thanks no matter what we go through. There will be good times, there will be ordinary times, there will be bad times. God’s will is for you to give Him thanks through all of those seasons.

God Wants You To Live Honourably.

God’s will is for you to silence the accuser by living honourably, doing right, and doing good. It’s never too late to start silencing accusers.

Your Sanctification Is God’s Will.

A lot of people feel attacked at the mention of holiness or “abstain from sexual immorality”. And for various reasons, many Christians avoid this topic. Yet, it plagues our society today and has for a long time.

God wants us to be sanctified and holy just like He is. When you know and believe that this is God’s will, then you know that any teaching that contradicts it is not from God.

Don’t be careful to preach about sanctification because you’ve had some struggle, don’t be silent because you don’t want someone to point at you.

It is God’s word and all need to hear it, especially those who believe. You fight on for your sanctification, which is a continuous process, and you urge others to join you on your journey of sanctification.

Align and Discern.

This scripture is insightful. To discern what is from God and what isn’t, your will needs to be aligned with God’s will. When you want to do what God wants, then what God doesn’t want will be clearer and clearer to you. Praise God.
