Here’s my list 4 pages of my prayer journal! It’s always really fun to make these and refresh my memory/ learn more about the practices and traditions of the church. I hope you like them! 💕💒
Some notes from my reading of the book of Isaiah:
- God does not wish to destroy his enemies, but to covert and save them
- For those who follow God, death/the end means a new beginning
-God still desire to be one with his creation, even after all of our evil doings. He never changes, and neither does his love
- God can make the wise look foolish
- Don’t trust in the strength of men, but trust in God, whose strength upholds the universe
- God defends those whom he chooses, no matter what
- God can transform you from a lowly sinner to a glowing light for his message, if you let him
God bless, Jesus loves you ✝️❤️
In Touch Bible Study Notes
“Not Just About Us”
My thoughts on this study are as follows:
Forgiveness is never for the other person. It’s about a decision made in our heart, where we truly choose to forgive those who wronged us. We don’t ever forget what they did, but if we want forgiveness from the Lord, we have to extend forgiveness to others. Sometimes the person we have to forgive is ourselves, and sometimes that can be harder than forgiving others. Both are possible, however. It won’t ever be easy, because hurt can run deep, whether caused by others or by us. We have to forgive if we expect God to show us mercy for our mistakes too.
Verses read:
“Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: neither give place to the devil. Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.”
Ephesians 4:25-32 KJV
“Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:”
Hebrews 12:14 KJV

Don't spare the rod
24 Whoever spares the rod hates their children,
but the one who loves their children is careful to discipline them
Scripture Study: the devil
Mind you not the last piece of notes with random penned words, haha, one was just writing to write. Honestly, one quite likes the way cursive feels to write. Especially if one is getting into an ’academia’ mood, haha.
