These protein breakfast bars are great for people who follow the paleo or vegan diet because they can be eaten as a snack or for breakfast on the go. They'll keep you full and energized all morning because they're full of plant-based protein, healthy fats, and fiber.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut. 1/4 cup vegan protein powder. 1/4 cup almond butter. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tablespoons chia seeds. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put chia seeds, sea salt, vegan protein powder, shredded coconut, and almond flour in a large bowl. Combine the dry ingredients with the almond butter and maple syrup. Mix everything together well. Add the chocolate chips that don't contain dairy. Press the mixture into a baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper. When the edges are golden brown, it's done baking. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down completely before you cut it into bars. Keep in a container that keeps air out for up to a week.
