Buffalo sauce covers tasty baked chicken wings that are great for game day or any other event. This recipe makes Buffalo wings taste just like the real thing, but it doesn't involve deep-frying them.
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/2 cup hot sauce. 1/4 cup butter, melted. 1 tbsp white vinegar. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put white vinegar, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add hot sauce and mix well. Put chicken wings on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Spread the wings out evenly by brushing them with the sauce mixture that you just made. After the oven is hot, bake the wings for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, until they are cooked all the way through and crispy. Warm it up and serve it with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Have fun!
